Good location, clean!

Pros: Very good offer considering the price. Super location, walking distance to Vatikan and also to Fountain di Trevi and Panteon. Very clean! I think there were no other guests while we were there. Not sure about the noice if it was crowded. Easy to get, we were there late in the evening. Super host!

Pros: Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the shared kitchen was tidy and well-equipped. The location was on point - 15min from tourists attractions (Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, Spanish steps) by walk and 3-4min from bus station, the hosts were very friendly. In front of the accommodation is breakfast/brunch place Pop’s, also place to recommend! Warm recommendation if you need place to stay in Rome! Would happily stay here again! 😍

Cons: Towels and bed sheets don't get change regularly. You have free change after the third day, but this condition is written on the door with small letters, otherwise it is expensive option. Very noisy toilet flush

Pros: Great place, convenient location, up to 20 minutes walk to Piazza del Poppolo, Vatican and the Trevi Fountain. Lovely coffee shop downstairs. Great communication with the host. Excellent air conditioning in the room.

Pros: Staff super friendly and helpful, let us leave our bags there for the final day so we could continue to explore Rome freely

Nice guesthouse

Pros: The guesthouse was clean and tidy, the receptionist was very friendly and kind. Good location, close to Piazza di Popolo and Piazza Navona.

Cons: The problem was not really in thinner walls but in rude people who dont mind others, the person in the room next to us was coming late to their room, slamming doors and talking loud after midnight. Maybe all guests should be introduced with house rules apon arrival since it looks like not everybody has manners and care for others.

It was a great stay!

Pros: The location is great, you can easily reach all the main attractions on foot. There are several public transports nearby. Breakfast is not included, but there's a near by coffee shop where breakfast is just amazing. Guesthouse is very simple, with all the basics, and for a very good price. you can use the kitchen to make coffee or even cook. The shower is amazing after a very long wall around the city, the shower head can give you a ver helpful massage. Beds are very comfortable. The temperature in the guesthouse was very good and we didn't need to turn on the heater.

Cons: The bed linen are not very good, they are rough and they are not 100% cotton, which for me was a problem on my skin. The isolation between some bedrooms is poor. We could hear the normal conversation from the guests on the other room. Opening and closing the main door is very noisy and the bedroom door does not block the noise.

Pros: The day of the check out I wasn't feeling well. I would like to thank the manager for her kind disposition to extend our check out for one hour. It helped me a lot to recover.

Cons: Although there is a common kitchen, a small fringe and possibly a coffeemaker inside the room would be more helpful.
