Excellent accommodation, great location, lovely staff!

Pros: The room was lovely, met all our needs. On site are staff lovely, really helpful and very pleasant. Owner manager is very responsive to questions and very helpful on transport options back to airport. Very secure and well managed, highly recommend this property.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: It was very convenient where location was, I arrived at 2am to Rome and the process and guidance as smooth to get in,everything was cleaned as expected and everything was walking distance !

We had a great time in Rome and the property we stayed at was very good.

Pros: It was a convenient location and was only a 5min walk to catch the shuttle bus to the airport which was great. Staff were very helpful

Pros: Great facility. Quiet and in the heart of the city. The Vatican is just 10 minutes walking. Amazing safe place to stay. It also has a kitchen facility, so you can manage some quick food yourself. Also the grocery store is just 10 metres away.

Very nice and the owner is very welcoming and friendly.

Pros: We had 2 separate rooms which was very convenient as they were almost near each other. The rooms were clean and the location was okay as well. The owner helped us by sharing places of interest and much more.

Cons: There was no one like a security at certain times of the day.

Pros: Very good location, the host (Maurizio) is very flexible and helpfull. Next to the apartment there is a cafe and shop also. The entrance is bright, and tidy.

Cons: There was no picturesce view throw the window: only little inside court. But for sleeping was all in o.k.

Perfectly located for sightseeing, eateries and peace. We were made very welcome.

Pros: It was a great location, beds and pillows were very comfortable and made up daily, towels were refreshed during our stay. There were tea/coffee making facilities (with a cheeky little biscuit on the side) and the cups/glasses were washed up for us daily. There was also a mini fridge which was very handy. The shower worked really well and everywhere was clean. A very nice place to stay and Mauritzio was so welcoming and helpful with information before we actually arrived in Rome.

Cons: We had asked for a quiet room so were in one that had a window into the covered atrium area so you couldn't really open the curtains otherwise other people would see into your room when you entered the building but this was a VERY minor thing as, to be honest, we were out in the city most of the time.
