Cicerone's Luxury Suites

Pros: Perfect location with walking distance from all landmarks. The apartment was modern, comfortable, clean and suitable for families. The staff was very polite, the owner amazing and available at any time. The breakfast was served in Bocca caffe - exclusively delicious and tasty, together with the Italian coffee.

Great accommodation in Rome

Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation in Rome! The location couldn’t have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican and about 15 minutes to Piazza Navona, which made exploring the city incredibly easy and enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new thanks to the recent renovation. It was the perfect place to relax after a day out in the city. Breakfast was included in the price, and although it was a short walk from the accommodation, it was absolutely worth it. The café offered freshly made sandwiches and a wonderful variety of pastries—everything was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome. Great location, modern rooms, and a tasty breakfast experience!

Was a pleasant staying in a very nostalgic building with a modern touch, in the heart of Rome

Pros: Location. The building. Interior design was functional, modern, esthetic and comfortable.

Cons: Some of the selves were not strait so it gives you a feeling that your belongings may fall.

Pros: I really like the place! Everything was clean and new! The perfect location for exploring the city! Definitely next time I will stay here again! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Pros: Location is great if you plan to spend a lot of time in Vatican and surrounding area. Lovely neighbourhood, 2 minute walk from a lovely park. Many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Metro station also close. Aircon works great. Big and comfortable bed and pillows.

Cons: Room was really tiny. The smallest I have ever stayed in. It looks slightly bigger in pictures but in reality it is super small. Shower and toilet also super small. It is ok for a very short stay and if you only come in to spend the night. No fridge, no wardrobe, no safe. Breakfast was also very limited - one cappuccino and toast or a croissant. Since breakfast cafe is about 5 minutes walk away from the room, it is almost not worth going there. At least if there would be coffee top-ups and 2 pastries available per person it would make it more pleasant. Walls in the room super thin and you can hear when anyone is in the hallway. But for us the worst thing was the dirty floor. It was not cleaned for three days and there were visible dirty marks. Cleaner came in to empty the bins but did not do anything else. One day out of three she made the bed but it is essential to wash the floor at least once a day and I strongly advise to think this through.

Pros: The location was perfect for our visits to the Vatican City. The chamber maid Chris was exceptional. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons: Getting stuck in the lift. When the sequence of instructions were explained and followed, all went well. We did avoid using the lift when we didn’t have luggage.

Excellent location

Pros: Property clean, well maintained and in a good location for seeing the sites in central Rome and for ATAC bus and metro transport links. Communication by the property host (Catia) was excellent at all times and very responsive to questions or needs. Breakfast included gluten free options.

Cons: Unfortunately the luxury property did not have a safe and I would have felt less anxious about our valuables during our 3 night stay if we could secure them. Breakfast was a short walk (3-5 minutes) from the property at a cafe and was limited to one pastry and one drink per person. We had a problem with the air conditioning in our room. It worked intermittently and needed to be reset by the hosts a couple of times.
