A great find in Rome!

Pros: A lovely spacious room with modern facilities in an apartment block consisting of 6 guest rooms. Lift access to the 5th floor, comfortable bed, powerful shower and good quality towels. Well sound-proofed, quiet and very good transport connections to anywhere. Staff very helpful. Room bigger than average for Rome. Will be back! Safe neighbourhood near Piazza Cavour.

Cons: Would be helpful to have a full length mirror in the room and some pictures on the walls. Work in progress!

Pros: The room is spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping is done. The host was kind and waiting for us for the check-in at the building's entrance.

Cons: Traces of leaking in the ceiling. The safelock should be fixed to the wall. No drawers or closet for the clothes. I would preferred a daily change of towels since it's my first experience of hosted rooms.

Pros: The location was perfect. Walking distance to many places of interest. Public transport right outside the door. The room was modern and was cleaned everyday! Super friendly and helpful staff. Roberto and his daughter is the also a reason why I will return.

Cons: Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Pros: It was clean close to bus station and not so far from metro station , clean , the leave coffee and snacks in your room. They helped me with early check in for luggage .

Perfect for our stay in Roma!

Pros: Huge room with a comfy bed and modern bathroom facilities. The neighbourhood was lovely and relaxed. It’s very close to Castel Sant’Angelo which was one of our highlights.

Perfect spot for a few days in Rome

Pros: Very comfortable room in a fantastic location in Rome. The room was spacious and aircon worked well. The communication for checking in was very helpful and we received great recommendations for places to eat in the area. It’s super easy way to get to on the airport bus.
