Pros: Excellent location in a beautiful, authentic neighborhood away from the main tourist crowds. Clean accommodation.

Cons: The downside was that at night you could hear everything from the street due to poorly sealed windows.

This is a guest house, the place is cozy and well maintained and the staff is very welcoming.

Pros: Breakfast is not served by the venue, but at a nearby café. You get a voucher for coffee and a croissant, not for a full breakfast.

Cons: The information regarding the type of breakfast was not clear

Exceptional stay!

Pros: The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the amazing location. Within walking distance of all the hot spots, bus stops to the airport and all over the city a couple of minutes away.

Cons: Could perhaps use a multi plug in the room, then again I never asked for one I'm sure ovidio would have obliged :)

Cons: The room is advertised as having a patio and kettle which was main reason for me choosing this as I like a coffee and cigarette first and last thing in the morning and evening, it has neither the patio is actually a windows it would be good to accurately update the facilities that are being advertised

Perfect stay

Pros: Ovidio was super welcoming and helpful. The room was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Minutes away from Castel St Angelo. I really enjoyed my stay here!

Pros: Nice guesthouse in nice, calm area. Big room with cooking facilities. The room was on the 3d floor, you can use an elevator. Just a few steps from the hotel is a Sitbus shuttle stop to the Fiumicino, a supermarket is just across the street. 10-15 minutes walk to the historical center (actually, Prati is also the center). But the most valuable gem in this hotel is Ovidio. A lot of help, including night taxi to the aiport. Ovidio, many-many thanks for your hospitality!

Pros: We came to Rome to celebrate my mum's birthday, we had an amazing stay in Maison de Marta. Rooms are located in a charming historical building in a beautiful Prati district, we enjoyed our walk from and back to hotel. All the places of interest are located within walking distance from this place, it is super convenient! Ovidio is a wonderful host who meets every guest so warmly and sincere. He gave us all the guidelines about the city, and there was a heartful surprise for my mum's birthday ❤ Rooms are very clean, cosy and warm! Beds and pillows are very comfy. There was a fridge in our room and all the toiletries. Room is small but very comfortable and we felt like at home. Thank you so much for a warm welcome to your city and hotel. We will come back 😊

Cons: Water pressure sometimes was сhangeable, but if to wait a bit, it runs good. It can be a bit noisy outside in the morning, but it is Rome and we were happy to wake up early 😃
