perfect for a short stay in Rome.

Pros: The room was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and everything was well maintained. The location is convenient and quiet, making it perfect for a short stay in Rome. A special thanks to Adriana for the warm welcome. He is very friendly, helpful, and professional. He made us feel at home from the first moment and was always ready to assist with anything we needed. Truly a kind and good person.

We loved our stay — the apartment was modern, clean, and perfectly located just a few minutes from Vatican City!

Pros: The property was absolutely lovely — spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They gave us great recommendations for places to eat and even helped organise taxis, which was no easy task during the Marathon with so many road closures! We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay, with friendly staff always available to help.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like about this property. It was great value for the price!

Highly recommended stay in Rome if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle bit close to all attractions.

Pros: Location was conveniently located but out of the hustle and bustle of Central Rome. A little quieter a bit very quick walk to all the attractions. Triple room was small but typical of most in central Italy. Clean and tidy and relatively modern. Luca and Andrea were fabulous hosts. Welcoming and great advice when needed. Wall room does not have a kitchenette. The share kitchenette was appreciated.

Great base for a trip to Rome

Pros: Perfect location only around 30/40 min walks to most tourist hotspots. We felt the area was nice and safe. The property hosts responded quickly to any queries we had and were very helpful. Room was cleaned every day.

Perfect stay in a perfect location.

Pros: The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect and in a safe neighbourhood especially as it’s next to a police station. Lovely little touches and importantly it is clean. Bed was really comfy too! The place is within walking distance to all the major sites. The shuttle bus from the airport stop is behind the property (vaticano stop) so really convenient to get to.

Cons: It was confusing which button to press at the gate but the staff were on hand to ensure that they’ were there to greet you on arrival.

Value for money

Pros: Location was perfect….was able to walk to the Vatican and short taxi ride to most of the touristy places in Rome.Our host went out of their way to make sure our check-in was smooth cause they don’t have a 24 hour reception. We also had an extra day in Rome cause our flight was leaving at 8pm and our luggage was stored for us free of charge.

Cons: There were a few hairs on the pillows not sure why cause otherwise the room was generally very clean and comfortable beds.

Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we needed something, they provided it very swiftly. After the check-out, we had some problems finding a taxi to take to the train station due to the transportation strike, and one of the staff helped us with finding a taxi. Thanks to him, we were able to catch our train. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hospitality.

Cons: There were a few small problems in the room, like one of the bathroom doors didn’t close. Other than that, the rooms were nice and comfortable.
