Renivated rooms, clean, great location.

Pros: Great location and clean rooms. Daily cleaning and maintenance

Cons: I didn’t notice when booking that late checkin is subject of availability, although I entered my exact checkin time 22-23. I was not able to get confirmation for the late checkin until I contacted booking.com and they resolved the issue. From there on the communication was smooth and fast. This is not only property issue but also booking.com mistake as they should highlight this before accepting the payment.

Pros: very nice apartments, friendly staff ready to help. Clean, daily cleaning in the rooms. I would like to note an incredible view from the apartments.

We loved our stay - will be back!

Pros: We loved our stay at this guesthouse. Great location (and very safe as there is a big police presence) if you are wanting to do tours of the Vatican or see the Trevi Foundation or Spanish steps. The accomodation was very clean and comfortable. The guesthouse is located near a grassed square which was nice to sit in and relax after walking all day.

Nice, very central location, comfortable and clean.

Pros: Excellent location to get to all the main Rome attractions. The room was very spacious, simple but with beautiful architecture. The reception area and common parts small but practical. Everything was sparkling clean and in order.

Cons: Check-in times were complicated after 7pm and impossible after 10pm.
