It can be better

Pros: I could say that I travel often, since I have frequented several accommodations, both flat and hotels. Regarding this flat, I can say that the current rating does not reveal what it actually is. A rating of how correct an 8 would be would be an indulgence. I will start with the strengths: the positioning is accessible, close to means of transport, the host very ok, I received all the information for remote check-in, the apartment is quite spacious, I could even say large.

Cons: On the side of amenities, it is useless to be equipped with many if they are in a bad condition, they have not been cleaned or require maintenance, the coffee maker looks bad, the washing machine the same, the linens need replacing then the pillows, the duvet are old, degraded. Another minus is that in one room the heat did not work at all, I had to keep the AC on non-stop to cope with the heat and to have a temperature of about 20 degrees. at the same time, a bad smell persists in the apartment and more extensive cleaning is necessary. When I made the reservation I was influenced by the review score which is not exactly accurate at the moment. A location between 9-10 does not have to be luxury, but it has to be very well maintained and cared for.

Great apartment and brilliant location

Pros: This is a beautiful apartment, perfect for families. The courtyard on route to the apartment is beautiful, The air conditioning was amazing, especially on the really hot days! Very close to a beautiful park & the metro station is only a 5 minute walk to get to places you dont fancy walking too. Some lovely restaurants close by aswell as a convinient supermarket just along the road. The self check in was very easy and convenient too. We were delighted to see a kettle in the kitchen ( we British people love our tea & coffee). The beds were very comfy. Franco had great communication throughout. The apartment was Clean & welcoming.

Cons: One thing to be aware of is there is quite a lot of stairs especially if you have alot of luggage or a elderly person who struggles with stairs or lengthy walks. There was also some strong smells of Asian foods coming into the apartment but that obviously can't be helped, its just something we noticed was quite strong smelling.

Spacious and beautifully renovated

Pros: Our family had a great stay at Casa Pallini! It was very spacious, clean and very nicely renovated. It was close to transport options. Having two bathrooms was great and a washer/dryer was definitely a bonus! The host answered any questions we had promptly. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

Cons: Nothing!

Extreme comfort and joy, very unexpected and a pleasant stay especially in Rome

Pros: How the self check in worked and a person was able to guide us which building we needed to go to and which room.

Cons: There wasn’t much except that you may need to walk a little more to the touristy spots but overall really nice

All in all first rate and would recommend.

Pros: Very comfortable beds. Excellent air conditioned property in close proximity to attractions of Rome.

Cons: Maybe some more equipment in kitchen like bowls for breakfast.

Pros: Really clean and new apartment. Location is also good compared to the main city station and the city centre.

Cons: The apartment locker was a bit tricky and not always easy to open.

Cons: We were group of 5 boys and maybe the double beds felt a little too fragile and we were a little scared that we will break it

The place was tidy and the apartment was newly renovated so it was really comfortable
