Tristar Terrace Penthouse

Excellent, comfortable and clean apartment close to the Colosseum.

Pros: Very nice apartment, good size with a nice courtyard garden. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts provided us with water, coffee, milk, juice and several snacks in the fridge - much more than I have experienced anywhere else. Very quiet in the evenings, and about 20 mins walk to the Colosseum and Forum. Plenty of places to eat locally.

Beautiful apartment with big terrace and nice views in good location

Pros: We loved the terrace, the location and the space. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean.

Cons: Just be prepared that the lift is small and old fashioned ( normal for old buildings in Rome) , but luckily we had zero issues with it. We just did 2 trips in the lift because 2 grownups and 2 teenagers didn’t quite fit at once. But saying that it was all worth it for the terrace and views .

Pros: We are pleased with our stay in the rented apartment. Key collection took place without the slightest problems. The owner briefly explained where and what to visit. The location for us, as we like to visit on foot, was ideal.

Pros: Walkable distance from Roma Termini (20 mins walk) and in a quiet area. Although the property is on the 5th floor, there is a lift in the building so you just need to walk half a floor, and use the lift to go to the 5th floor. The 2 rooms are spacious. There is freezer and fridge in the kitchen. You can make ice and cold drinks before heading out on a hot day. There is a big balcony with table, chairs and parasol for those who love to enjoy time outdoor.

Pros: Great location near the underground and cca 1,5 km from Colosseum. Big rooms with enough space. Big terrace facing the east so great for mornings sunny breakfasts :) the communication with the host was perfect! I’m sure that we will pick the same apartment next time

Pros: Everything that was noted in the booking corresponded to the description. The host is very kind, he was waiting for us to accommodate us, he gave us a lot of valuable tips for our stay in Rome. we liked the location and the apartment. It was clean and spacious. There is a very nice terrace for rails.

Cons: There are no duvets for everyone and the beds are double which is not very comfortable. The hood does not work.

Rzym zima jest obłędny. Idealna temperatura do zwiedzania.

Top qua prijs kwaliteit

Pros: Het is een ruim appartement met zowel 2 aparte slaapkamers, een zithoek en een groot terras op de bovenverdieping. Die combinatie geeft het een zeer sterke prijs kwaliteit. Zeer behulpzame host die bovendien voor een basis ontbijt zorgde. De airco werkt goed. De metro is maar op 5 min stappen en daarmee raak je bijna overal in Rome als je bereid bent af en toe goed te wandelen. Wij hebben geen geluidshinder gehad.

Cons: Je zit in de Aziatische buurt op een 15 min stappen van het Termini centraal station. Practisch gelegen maar niet de mooiste buurt van Rome. Wij hebben ons nooit onveilig gevoeld. Om op de 5de verdieping te raken moet je een oude kleine lift nemen. Werkt prima maar weet dat het een ouder gebouw is.
