Outstanding
Pros: The property firstly lays within a short distance from the main train station Termini. From there you can easily move around the city. We arrived and Flaminia greeted us and showed us how everything worked and showed us her beautiful apartment. There is nothing that can be faulted. Everything is perfect. The garden area is lovely for sitting out. We would highly recommend!!!
Cons: There was simply nothing that we could fault in any way.

Great apartment, great location, and a truly wonderful host!
Pros: The host is extremely kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make our stay special, including with gifts of local food and restaurant recommendations. She is the perfect host! The apartment is beautiful, even better than the photos, with lots of space and a great courtyard. Great central location, less than 5 min walk to the metro, 20 min walk to the Colosseum.

Pros: This isn't some fake review. I rarely write these. Easily the best experience I've had with staying in an apartment in a new city. The room itself is great and the location is very very good. Extremely near a legendary gelato place and a supermarket. You get your own private outdoor garden area as well. The apartment was very clean. This is all great but the thing I wanna highlight the most is that the host is the sweetest person ever. She's incredibly capable, answered all our questions promptly via the app, gave recommendations for food. The list goes on, she made everything so easy for us. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book with her again if I'm ever back in Rome. This place is a gem. Thank you so much for helping make our stay in Italy so memorable.

Best accom and host combo in all of Rome.
Pros: Flaminia was a wonderful communicator. She was quick to respond to any requests on email prior to my arrival and then on WhatsApp after I had arrived and throughout my stay. After flying overseas, let alone over 25 hours from Australia, you want to make sure there are no issues upon your arrival so having Flaminia answer all my questions made me feel comfortable right from the beginning. She was there to greet me as arrived which was late, so getting off to a good start right from the beginning was terrific. She was extremely accommodating and I was delighted to see snacks and water in my room upon arrival. The room was very cute, bed extremely comfortable, lovely courtyard, everything you could ever ask for. Out of all the accommodation options in Rome, I got extremely lucky and am very satisfied! Will stay here again for sure. Don’t waste time looking anywhere else, just book it, you won’t regret it!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Pros: The apartment is located 3 -5 min walk from Metro and main bus stops, so getting around Rome was super comfortable, just one metro stop from Terminini, so getting to and from airport was easy as well. 7 min walk to grocery store where you will find everything to prepare a tasty meal and 5 min walk to the best ice cream place in Rome. Appartment is super cosy, everything that you need for your stay will be there. Hostes is super friendly, helped us with all our questions concerning stay, getting around and so on, she is the best host we have encoutered on our trips. Thank you

Un magnifico soggiorno a Roma
Pros: La signora Flaminia, proprietaria della casa, è una persona gentilissima e estremamente disponibile. Siamo stati ospiti tramite Booking.com in numerosi appartamenti di vari paesi ma una ospitalità così squisita non ci era mai capitata e non avevamo mai trovato una casa così bella e perfettamente attrezzata. Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire del bellissimo terrazzo, il tempo all'inizio di marzo non era sufficientemente caldo.

Gastvrijheid ten top!
Pros: Het was fantastisch! Bij aankomst in de latere avond werden we ontvangen door de super vriendelijke host. Omdat het later op de avond was, had ze gezorgd dat er eten, onder andere verse pizza, was om het ons gemakkelijk te maken. Er was daarnaast een uitgebreid welkomstpakket met lokaal eten en drinken, gastvrijheid ten top! Het appartement is schoon en lekker ruim als je met z’n tweeën verblijft. Het ligt in een leuke buurt en op loopafstand van het Colosseum. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen die naar Rome gaat. Als wij terugkomen verblijven we zeker weer hier!

LA perle rare à Rome !
Pros: Séjourner chez Flaminia a été une expérience UNIQUE ! La Domus Oro est un vrai cocon, entièrement équipé, douillet (literie incroyable !) propre, calme (testé et approuvé un 31 décembre !) et idéalement situé (métro, train, restaurants, parcs). Mais le vrai plus, c'est notre hôtesse Flaminia qui nous a accueillis comme si nous étions de sa famille : chaleur humaine, conseils, cadeaux de bienvenue, toujours disponible pour la moindre question... Une vraie perle ! Nous reviendrons automatiquement loger ici lors d'un prochain voyage à Rome ! A recommander, sans hésitation !
Cons: Rien du tout ! Le séjour était parfait !
