great apartment for a family

Pros: Good location, megro station nearby. Spacious rooms - good for a family of 5. Kitchen has everything but is on the small side but absolutely nothing to complain about.

Wonderful Stay

Pros: It is a wonderful place, clean and cosy, very good location - near metrostations. We were impressed by the owner - Alice! She is so nice and kind lady, gave us very useful and full information about our stay in Rome, speaks very good English. I can definitely recommend this place!

A very comfortable flat in a good location

Pros: The apartment was very spacious, with plenty of tables, chairs and sofas, so plenty of room to spread out and feel at home. The books, the games and the ornaments also gave a homely feel to our stay. The facilities in the kitchen and bathroom all worked well, and were quirky, using pots amd pans that were genuine rather than designer, which again added to the homely feeling. We didn't need to use public transport during our stay as all the tourist attractions were within walking distance. The area has a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and bars within a short distance. There are balconies on two sides of the apartment, so excellent views of sunrises and sunsets.

Pros: Alice was very helpfull, and very flexible. The appartment was so complete, you can live there for a long time. The location is super, Esquilino is a very nice neighbourhood.

Pros: We loved the apartment. Cosy and well equipped within a beautiful old building. Quiet area in walking distance to the Colosseo and the city centre. And Alice is a great and welcoming host! Strong recommendation!

Pros: The location and the neighborhood -Around 20mins walk to Colosseum and Piazza Benezia. -3mins walk to the station (Manzoni) -Many cafes and restaurants around were crowded with local people. -2 blocks to Conad Nice host -There was a little problem with the building when I got there. Alice was really eager to solve the problem and helped us with the inconvenience. -Fast communication in Whatsapp The room, utensils, overall was great. I will be here again when I come back to Rome someday.
