Overall good stay, shame about the post stay customer care

Pros: Generous space, clean and relatively close to the metro for getting about. Overall great stay

Cons: Not enough comfy seating for us all (5) in the lounge considering it sleeps 6 this was disappointing. I paid a security deposit which i am yet to get back even after being told it would be in 5 working days so watch out for this! Will stop me booking again unfortunately

This well-appointed apartment is perfect in so many ways for a holiday or a city break.

Pros: The location was great for us. We like to walk so it was just 30mins to get to the centre on foot. It is not far from Vatican City. Buses are also available from nearby and there is also the metro. We absolutely loved this apartment. I met my two brothers there and it was perfect for our needs. We could relax in the lounge or on the balcony together. One of my brothers has to work on his laptop first thing in the morning. The wifi is VERY fast! There is a coffee machine (capsule) which we used a lot! The double bedrooms are great. The beds are comfy and everything was spotless throughout. We all slept really well! The two bathrooms are perfect. This is great value for money and the rental agent is very polite and helpful. Great for communication and co-operation. Thank you. Breakfast is not included.

Cons: We stayed in one night so the kitchen utensils could have been slightly better for us. More glasses and a greater range of mugs/cups. However, I am being very nitpicking to make this fantastically appointed apartment absolutely amazing! The fridge is modern and large. The oven is very clean and worked well. The whole place is spotless.

Pros: The lady was very nice and friendly. all went well.

Cons: the lift was extremely small ... but ok for holiday time.

Pros: L'ampiezza degli spazi, la pulizia, il terrazzo, la posizione, il prezzo. Tutto eccezionale senza alcun elemento negativo

Cons: La possibilità di lasciare le valigie nel check out se il turista ha un volo la sera è importante...

Pros: Aproape de Metrou, magazine, cafenele și aproape de obiectivele turistice - Vatican Vaticanul se poate vedea de pe terasă din dormitor, apartamentul este spațios, îngrijit și utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Într-o zonă liniștită fără zgomot de trafic intens.

Pros: Appartamento fantastico, esattamente come nelle foto, ottima la posizione, pulizia impeccabile.... Un ringraziamento immenso va a Lara, che è sempre stata gentilissima e disponibilissima nel soddisfare ogni mia richiesta..... Grazie Lara.....
