Pros: Guest house was very clean and comfortable, also near to everything,you can easily reach Colosseum or Fountana Trevi in 10 minutes by walk

Lovely place, great location!

Pros: We had a great experience with this guest house, the room was nice and spacious and were really thankful for the ait conditioning. After having stayed in a lot of different places in Rome, this place was very nice and clean. The room was like the pictures and the host was very welcoming - our flight got delayed so we got there a bit later and our messages did not go through but the host was very understanding and communicative, so thanks for that! This has a very good location, it is just a short walk away from the Colosseum and close to some good bars and restaurants.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful welcome when we arrived, brilliant location, lovely room with everything you could need for a short stay in Rome! Would highly recommend - wish we could have stayed longer.

Lovely location!

Pros: The property is located in a fantastic place only a 10-15 minute walk from the colosseum. They let me check in early and leave my bags in my room.

Cons: It smelt damp in my room and the floor outside my door was wet. You can hear everyone coming and going from their apartments because there are metal gates covering each door. There is no bathroom door and there is just curtains coving the glass door into your apartment. It’s not an apartment as such because you only have a bedroom and a bathroom and the kitchen area is communal.

Pros: Very well placed, allowing to access most of Rome's landmarks on foot quickly. Quite comfortable with a nice individual and fully equipped bathroom. Well worth its price.
