Pros: The cleaniliness, the location and the very responsive staff (even during Christmas Holiday 😉)

Cons: Not a big deal but if it would be better if thetly have microwave on the common area. Also if the television has Netflix (I can use my own account) and Youtube 😉

Pros: Everything very clean and tidy, excellent location, lots of complimentary items. Very helpful host. I would recommend it.

Cons: Lots of stairs with no elevator, not ideal but we knew it. Still worth it.

Pros: Awesome staff, very nice accomodation. Great location. Overall the room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The room was cool and this was blessing, as it was very hot in Rome during our stay.

Cons: No elevator, and lots of stairs to the third floor, on a hot summers day in Rome. This was quite challenging arriving and leaving with 120kg of luggage in a narrow, steep, relatively slippery stairwell. Flooring of the room needs replaced, it is worn and tatty, but this didn't impact our stay or our review score.

Comfortable, cosy, friendly and pretty. Close to the collosseum

Pros: The bedroom was adorable, clean, comfortable and they gave us the sweetest little chocolates and decorated the bed. The staff member was lovely and very helpful. The location is on a road that cars can easily access, and very close (5 mins) from the collosseum. I will be staying there again.

Cons: To be honest nothing. Everything was great.

A refined and relaxing stay in an excellent location, with a truly outstanding host.

Pros: Malina is an exceptionally welcoming, attentive, and communicative host – we felt truly welcomed from the very beginning. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from the Colosseum. The room is elegantly decorated, very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant, ideal for relaxing after a day in Rome.

Cons: There was a bit of street noise at night, but nothing too disturbing.
