Pros: Everything was perfect from location to cleanliness. It’s the perfect place to make your trip to Rome even better. We would like to thank Lucia for the amazing breakfast and coffee every morning(best espresso and cappuccino in Rome). She also booked a taxi for us to get to the airport which was very helpful. When we come back we are going to stay at the same room because everything is perfect.

Pros: We stayed at this hotel in mid-January for a week and it was wonderful! Coffee and fresh croissants every morning, impeccable cleanliness everywhere. Peace and quiet all around. A wonderful area, literally everything is nearby, including super delicious restaurants and small shops. Wonderful hostess, the perfect hotel in Rome! We almost always walked, but there is a metro station nearby.

Cons: The room was a bit small and the matress hard. Plus there was a smell coming from the bathroom due to the humidity (probably the ventilation didn’t work very well)

Great value, friendly staff and terrific location!

Pros: Location was superb, just down the road from the Roman Forum, and around 20 mins walk from the main train station which made it each to get to from the airport using the train. The owner/manager was very helpful and nice each morning. Room size was great for 1 or 2 people.

Cons: The rooms were exceptionally warm (even though I went in December), the aircon seems a little old, so might be hot in the summer months even with the aircon on.

Pros: Very comfortable room, clean and unexpectedly quiet even though it was next to a road. Lots of restaurants around, coffee very good in the common area. We could store our luggage after checkout.

Pros: Great location. Rooms immaculate and facilities were great including small fridge and safe. The welcome every morning could not have been warmer with a fresh coffee and croissant

One of the Best Stays – Perfect Host, Location and Spotless Cleanliness

Pros: Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The host was exceptionally warm, caring and welcoming – everything was smooth and pleasant right from the first contact. The location is perfect: everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of great restaurants, cafés and cozy places to explore nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. This was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling, mostly thanks to the host’s kindness, attention and hospitality. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel not just like a guest, but like a truly welcomed friend.
