Very high standard guest house with equally high standard of service given by the host who genuinely cares that her gues

Pros: My room was very clean and the communal area was very clean. All aspects had been thought of, giving those extra touches to make it feel like a hotel stay whilst still having a homely feel. The host Patrizia was very attentive and welcoming, ensuring I had everything I needed for a good stay and provided assistance through out my stay. Would happily stay here again.

Cons: The only issue was there was limited storage space, however this was not much of an issue for the short stay.

Would recommend and always come back for another visit

Pros: Excellent location, nice restaurants. The bed and pillows were geat and the staff was very nice.

Fantastic apartment in a great central location

Pros: Fantastic apartment in character building located 250 m from the Colosseum. The room was clean and comfortable and much nicer than the usual contemporary hotel. There was access to a very useful small kitchen area with coffee machines and cold water etc. Despite its location on a busy street, the soundproofing from the double glazed windows was very effective so it was quiet overnight. The owner Patrizia was super friendly and very helpful, arranging transport to and from the airport.

Cons: Nothing that we did not like.

Overall its good value for money esp the cleanliness and the newness of place.

Pros: I love how new and clean the bathroom was. The bed is very tight but just enough for me. The mirror is weirdly placed and tge aircon was a bit strange for being on without the air coming out but opening tge window was cooling so its not a problem except that it can be noisy outside

Cons: The ac fan is not coming out so i have to open the window for air. The room is just too tight and the mirror is in yoyr face when u sleep on the right side.

First rate guest house in excellent location

Pros: The suite and whole place was either newly renovated or superbly well maintained, and super clean. The room is well furnished and nice touches are provided to make you comfortable. A common kitchenette is well stocked so you can do your own food prep. The location is superb: a busy, safe part of the City between the main train station, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum, with plenty of neighborhood restaurants and markets and also an easy walk to the subway. AND #1 important - the air conditioning is excellent!!

Cons: At first I was surprised there was no-one to meet at the property. This is a guest house with an absentee owner. You let yourself in with 2 access codes provided via message when you arrive. The system works very well once you get used to it and it gives you total control over your movements. The owner is quick to respond to messages and super helpful.

Pros: The host was very nice and polite. The place is perfect, very close to the Colosseum and Forum, 10-15 minuts from the city center. All around there is places for eat and drink. The room was very comfortable, big and very clean. I strongly recommend it!

Cons: Nothing. Just perfect place to stay in Rome.

Pros: Patrizia was a wonderful host. Well organised, welcoming, kind. Note that this is not a Hotel with a 24/7 reception. For us it was perfect. Clean, comfortable room. Very central Location. Thank you, we¨ll be back.

Beautiful guesthouse in fantastic location!

Pros: Fantastic location, really central and close to the Colosseum, walking distance to Pantheon, Piazza Navona and to Roma Termini station. Really well presented room with much care taken over the property - traditional ornate elevator and lovely stone floors. Hosts were responsive and helpful - although we didn’t really need anything! Check in and out was super smooth. WiFi available, water cooler for water refills!

Great last night

Pros: The snacks available in the room. The memory foam pillows. The huge bed and two twin beds. The central location. The host was efficient AND personable. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Good area.

Cons: The size of the room. Some noise.
