Pros: Location is amazing, beds are incredible after a long day of walking. Shower was very comfortable and clean.

Cons: The sleeping couch was a little dated, but everything was fine. Maybe a bit on the pricier side, but worth it for a comfortable stay.

Pros: Nice clean room and modern bathroom. Very friendly staff. Very good location. Easy check-in. Well sound-isolated to the street. Very good air-conditioning. Latter is probably the most important point, should you have to go there in summer.

Cons: The only thing really is that it's abolutely not sound-isolated on the inside. So if there is someone going through the hallway or snoring in the next room, you'll hear it. It wouldn't be such a problem if there would be more decent people, but it seems that too many have to be noisy in the middle of the night, despite the house rules.

Pros: The charm of the guest house and its central location.

Cons: Receiving instructions on how to access the building last minute. They could have been sent a day earlier.

Pros: Absolutely everything! Not one negative! Bed was huge and comfortable. Room had all amenities needed, plenty cushions, kettle, cups, coffee, tv, toiletries, fridge, safe etc. Staff were so friendly. The location was incredible, so close to attractions and restaurants, shops etc. Quiet at night considering you're in the city centre.

Staff was the very helpful and friendly. No slippers provided, for those who are used to slippers in hotels.

Pros: Location was super great. Close to Colosseum and Forum and not far from the street with all brand shops. There were supermarkets, souvenir, shops and restaurants nearby. Next to the entrance to our hotel there was a kind of sandwich shop with sandwiches made with fresh sausages and cheese, they were very tasty. The room was clean with a nice view.

Pros: early baggage handling, check in and cleanliness were all top notch

Cons: Only annoying thing was the pictures of the hotel suggesting amenities that are local, but not within the hotel. somewhat misleading we felt
