Perfect base for an historic weekend!

Pros: Perfect location; clean, quiet and cosy. Nice tea and coffee service with plenty of excellent breakfast places nearby. Every site you could want within 10 minutes walk

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The apartment is great situated in centre near Colosseum, the rooms were clean, comfy, quiet and spacious, equipped in common areas wth coffe machine/tea/welcome drinks in fridge and host is careful, gave us great recommendations :) wish to come back soon :)

Pros: The location is really great.. and the rooms are quiet in spite of being so close to everything. they're recently renovated so it's clean, and comfortable and the owner is super friendly and attentive :)

Cons: would have been nice to have an ironing board, and the bed could be more comfortable

Clean, comfortable, convenient!

Pros: Coffee and tea available, smooth check on, host that was very responsive and provided tips and recommendations, as well as helped book a reservation since we didn’t have a local phone # to do so

Cons: The room was quite stuffy when we came in at the end of the day, and the room is a bit dark, but these are very minor issues as the room has air conditioning and lights were adequate when daylight wasn’t enough.

Pros: Great location and decent interior. The tiles in the bathroom are wonderful.

Cons: The room faces an extremely small and noisy inneryard (which might be closer to light well), so no such thing as abundance of fresh air.

Pros: Spacious, clean rooms. Perfect located in the city for all main attractions. We had 2 rooms. Both great. Fantastic, professional and very helpful and friendly host

Pros: The property was very clean and in the perfect location! Comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. Bathroom also very luxurious. Felt very lucky staying here Host was very lovely and responded quickly Thank you!

Pros: Lovely clean rooms, comfy beds, and a great location. The lady who checked us in was very nice, and let us check in early and check out late.Nice extras, little bottles of wine in the fridge and snacks. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Cons: Only a couple of little things, nothing major. Needed a full mirror as only one smaller one in the bathroom, and it's nice that they supply tea and a coffee machine in the public area, but the water bottles wasn't replaced to fill the kettle over the weekend. So maybe a kettle in the room would be better then people will buy their own water.

Pros: Nice room, central location and regular cleaning. Property was easy to find.
