Pros: This hotel is wonderful in every sense of the word. The location is excellent, and everything you need to visit is within walking distance. The owner is very understanding and extremely helpful. He contacted me one day before my arrival and provided everything I needed. Check-in is very easy, as you receive a clear and simple access code. Many thanks to him—I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful stay comfortable, welcoming, and perfectly location

Pros: Lovely building, well-kept property with comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff and a great location made my stay very enjoyable! A very very helpful staff too

Cons: I loved everything about the property! The only suggestion would be to add a mat inside the shower for safety as it can be a bit slippery

Pros: The location was superb (300 meters from Kolosej, ancient Rome within walking distance), the host Ana was very hospitable, and the breakfast was very tasty.

Everything went smoothly, and the check-in instructions were super clear and easy to follow.

Pros: Great location, the metro was close, and we could walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants nearby, and the breakfast suited our family perfectly. The host was super friendly and kind, and she even warned us about pickpockets.

Cons: Nice stay and great location, though the place could be a bit cleaner and refreshed. The street can be lively at night, so light sleepers might notice some noise.

Clean convenient and comfortable room

Pros: Breakfast was adequate. Location was good - very central and near to lots of eating places.

Cons: Unfortunately on the first morning we were woken around 7am by very loud shouting/chanting on a microphone for over an hour - apparently the students from the school behind us were protesting - obviously out of the control of our hotel!

Pros: Room was big with balcony, everything very nice and clean, perfect location and the lady who works there is very friendly.

3 day Rome Stay family of three

Pros: Perfect location a few minutes walk from the colloseum. Excellent selection of shops and restaurants nearby. Hosts were fantastic - breakfast delivered to your room and even went above and beyond to give us a early breakfast when we had to be out before serving time one morning. Rooms clean, comfortable and the ceiling is beautiful. Easy check in with instructions sent to our phone. 10/10
