Good deal!
Pros: The apartment is spacious. It has two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living room with a sofa, as well as a hallway and a bathroom. It is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. Additionally, it has a terrace and a walk-in closet as large as a normal room. It is extremely well equipped and conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Colosseum, Carrefour, and trattorias. I stayed there with my husband, our two children, and another couple. It was exactly what we needed.
Cons: What I didn’t like, however, was the smell. The apartment is located in the semi-basement.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Estancia perfecta a un paso del Coliseo Nuestra experiencia en LuxurySistersHouse ha sido excelente. El apartamento es grande, precioso y muy cuidado, con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. La ubicación es inmejorable, a tan solo 2 minutos del Coliseo, lo que permite moverse caminando por el centro histórico de Roma y disfrutar de la ciudad al máximo. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, Antone, que ha sido muy amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar, facilitando todo desde el primer momento y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Sin duda, recomendamos LuxurySistersHouse y volveríamos a alojarnos aquí en futuras visitas a Roma. Un lugar ideal tanto para familias como para quienes buscan comodidad y una ubicación excepcional.

Pros: Die Lage war gut... in der Nähe war ein Park, das Kolosseum, Bushaltestellen, Restaurants... Preis war in Ordnung Die Gastgeberin hat immer sofort geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit.
Cons: Die Wohnung ist im Keller und man kann nicht so gut lüften...

Pros: Huippu sijainti lähellä Colosseumia. Hyviä ja ruokapaikkoja lähellä. Asunto oli tilava ja siinä oli toimivat tilat 4 hengen perheelle. Terassitila oli mukava plussa. Sängyt olivat mukavat. Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa oli toimivaa ja häneltä sai paljon vinkkejä.
Cons: Asunto oli kellarissa joten ilma oli tunkkainen. Petivaatteet eivät tuoksuneet puhtailta. Se, että asunto oli kellarikerroksessa tuli täysin yllätyksenä.

Pros: This is one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. the host was brilliant, arranged for us to have transport from the airport (we had to pay - not an issue at all) the fact we were given this level of customer service was incredible. The apartment was so clean, they gifted us a bottle of wine. it was a great location a stonesthrow from the colleseum. There were two coeliacs in our party, the host told us about local place to eat that would be able to provide GF food for us. Just incredible.

Lugar cómodo y anfitriona genial.
Pros: La anfitriona envió un detallado, cómodo y práctico dossier de como acceder al apartamento. Nos facilitó mucho la llegada y la estancia. El apartamento está en un lugar muy tranquilo, cerca del Coliseo, Palatino, San Clemente, San Juan de Letrán, etc. Está cercano a supermercados, farmacias, cafeterías, paradas de taxi y bus, restaurantes, etc. Para llegar a la plaza Venecia y Vía del Corso hay que dar un bonito paseo. El apartamento es bonito, con dos habitaciones, es un semisotano pero tiene una cómoda y luminosa terraza y ventana a la fachada del edificio. Al llegar teníamos café, agua refrescos y otras productos. La anfitriona es perfecta. Es muy recomendable.
Cons: En mi opinión añadiría al apartamento un microondas.

Perfect!
Pros: We absolutely loved this place! It had everything that we needed and was immaculate. I love that they left things such as water and soda in the fridge for the next “tenants” versus tossing or taking them. The person renting it was very nice. Even with my sig other being nervous about the requirements for passport information, she handled it expertly and kindly, which I was appreciative of. The air conditioner in one bedroom was not working when we arrived (she told us), and they had it fixed immediately. But to be honest, it wasn’t really an issue because there was air in the main room that came to us. Loved the shower. We never used the little outer area that you could sit in. We were out and about a lot and it was in a fantastic location. Great restaurant down the street that she suggested. I highly recommend this place.

Pros: Гостеприимная хозяйка. Всегда была на связи. Быстро помогала решить любые вопросы. Ничего дополнительно не оплачивали. До Колизея 10 минут. Квартира на -1 этаже. В одной спальне окно выходит на дорогу, но улица в принципе тихая. В другой спальне окно на патио, или столовую, не знаю как правильно назвать , но было оригинально ). Кондиционеры во всех комнатах. Все было удобно, чисто. Мы были 2 дня. Спокойно можно оставаться на более длительный срок
