I’d book again if I come back to Rome

Pros: A nice little apartment with all that we needed. The bed is so comfy and was needed after all the walking we did. The owners are lovely and very helpful and arranged our airport transfers. Very safe feeling and friendly people around the area.

Cons: Maybe the person living upstairs was a little loud on the feet the odd early morning.. which isn’t too much of a complaint to the benefit of staying here..

Pros: Fantastic location for sightseeing , restaurant, cafe , shops ect.Really nice , friendly ,helpful and thoughtfull host that allowed us to leave our suitcases before check in time..Would recommend

Cons: Although there was storage available for clothes it was restricted by the use of it for equipment, materials including spare bedding , that also applied to the balcony aera.

Pros: The location is spectacular. We used the airport pickup and our driver was fantastic. Very easy to get in contact with the staff.

Nice trip to Rome :)

Pros: Very friendly, pleasant and hospitable host! We arrived to the place early (around 11 am) and were able to leave our luggage in the apartment until it was ready and clean for the actual check-in. There is no elevator in the building, but the apartment is on the 1st floor so it wasn't a problem. The location is excellent - near the Colosseum. We liked the bed, which was very comfortable (but that depends on personal preference).

Cons: In the bedroom there was a bit of mold on the ceiling and one wall near the closet, and you could also sense mold and dampness in the air. So we ventilated the flat, but we couldn't leave the windows open throughout the whole day because it's February. Also, it would be convenient if there was a place to put shower gel etc. when you are in the shower.

Perfect place close to the Colloseum

Pros: Loved the place! The location is perfect! 20 minutes by foot from Termini Station and like literally a few minutes away from the Colloseum. This was very important to us, since we enjoy walking around in the cities that we travel. It is very cosy, the light in the apartment is gorgeous, the small terrace is exactly what one needs. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, had delicious coffee at our disposal, as well as salt pepper and other herbs. The host is amazing the communication was great. One gets a the necessary information in a booklet. We'll definitely come back!

Cons: I am pretty sure that the comfort of a bed is something very subjective. In our opinion, it was a bit to soft. But then again, that's a matter of taste. What I would recommend is a soap/shower gel holder in the shower that would make the bathroom complete. If you are sensitive to noises, I would recommend bringing some earplugs, because otherwise you might risk hearing noises from the hallway.

Pros: Everything was exactly as described! Clean apartment, with comfortable bed and pillows. Good location, in a quiet neighbourhood despite being pretty close to the Colosseum and public transportation. The host was very welcoming, and while we were told in advance it would not be possible for them to keep the bags after check-out, we were offered a discount in a nearby and well-rated luggage storage shop. Overall a great experience, would definitely return.

Cons: The walls of the apartment building were thin and you could ocasionally hear some noise from the hallway and stairs in the morning, like people passing through with their luggage and talking or a dog barking. It didn't bother us much, but if you're sensitive to that it might be a good idea to bring earplugs.

Pros: Great location. Near the buss, metro and tram stops. Equiped kitchen. The host was very wellcoming.

Cons: tha place has poor ventilation, bathroom has mold on walls. We visited in december, so opening a window for ventilation wasn't a good option. The only heating source was airconditioning, so the floor was cold ir december. The room doesn't have direct sunshine, so during the day, it was dark without the lights on.

Pros: Really friendly welcome, able to check in early. Really comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen, very spacious.

Cons: Nothing !

Good

Pros: Location is perfect , 5 min away from the Colosseum. Cafe shops and restaurants around it, plus a supermarket close by. Easy check-in and out, nice staff arranged private transfer to the airport. Big bathroom, coffee and espresso Bialetti to prepare your own coffee in the morning. Wide bed and also a terrace if you wanted to have coffee or wine outside.

Cons: AC unit in the bedroom very noisy , probably needs to be replaced. Although October, weather was humid and warm , so was necessary tu use the AC. Walls in the bedroom need a repaint as they are dirty. More toiletries and new towels would be a nice touch.

Great value for money

Pros: The location, 10 minutes walk from Colosseum, coffee machine & pods, terrace, bottle of wine, cleanliness, easy contact with the host.

Cons: The shower water had a little pressure, no trash bin, no hanger.
