I would definitely recommend and stay again

Amazing location

Pros: Amazing location. In a corner building near a block of places near the colosseum. Away from busy streets and quiet at night. Apartment had kitchen and lounge with two mezzanine beds and a fold out bed. Easy to access the building. Fantastic communication to get it. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay near the Colosseum. Cute cafes and restaurants nearby, but will be busier nearer to the touristy areas. Three different types of coffee making tools,

Cons: We didn't have a problem, but will say that the mezzanine beds are up ladders. My kid loved it, but not for everyone. Fold out beds was comfortable though and very accessable.

Great home, facilities, and location.

Pros: Amazing property and location proximity to the Colosseum.

The best apartment in Roma

Pros: The apartment is simply beautiful, it has everything that might be needed and it is very comfortable. It is small, but everything is compact in it. A very convenient location - 5 minutes to the Colosseo, but not a noisy street. Termini to the station is 25 minutes on foot. Nearby are different metro stations, which is also very convenient. The apartment is very clean, the owner is very responsive, helped with all questions. I lived a lot where I lived in Rome, but now I want to stop only here!

Perfect for city breaks, amazing host and close restaurants / transportation

Pros: Firstly, the host is exceptional. Any questions or even just asking for recommendations we had quick responses. Previously stayed in apartments and if you need anything you feel on your own. Not at this apartment! We were guided at every stage from checking in to checking out. The apartment block was very clean and felt totally safe. The residents in the block were very friendly and always said hello. We also appreciated that there was cold water already in the fridge (coming from the uk to Italy heat is next level) We appreciated the lift in the block, this meant we weren’t having to carry our 1 year old up and down more flights of stairs

Cons: My only request would be the travel cot has an additional mattress to the board the cot comes with. I know in the UK we buy the mattress too that sits on the board but that might not be the case in Italy so can’t complain. My daughter slept okay once we padded the board. I also didn’t realise that the apartment one was room. I may have misread so again this isn’t a complaint. There was four of us, me, my partner, daughter and my father in one room. We didn’t mind, we’re a close family but the photos on the booking look like it’s two rooms ( again this is probably myself not looking into the details correctly)

Great location to explore Rome by foot/taxi host very accommodating, property was perfect for us

Pros: Super host very helpful, collected and dropped back to the airport at a fair price, great location, felt safe in the area, Rome came across as an affordable city, location in relation to Rome was walkable, also took a taxi at a fair rate.

A very comfortable stay in an excellent location close to key sites in Rome.

Pros: Its hard to beat the location of the property within a few hundred meters of the Colosseum and a multitude of restaurants. Very close access to supermarkets (one was 24/7). We had the Deluxe Suite which was 'cozy' and tightly contained, maybe too much so for a family, but had all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bedding and having aircon was welcome in the heat. Would be perfect for a couple looking to be close to the key sites in Rome.

Tasteful accommodation close to everything.

Pros: The tastefully furnished accommodation was ideally located in a quiet area, yet close to the Colosseum. There were also a few good restaurants nearby, which is ideal for not having to go far after dinner. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need. Nice bathroom with a good hot shower.

Busy and as if in a dream. Roma is beautiful

Pros: The location is outstanding, lovely neighbourhood right at the Colosseum

Cons: Everything provided was perfectly adequate

Pros: Great location, cleanliness and value for money and responsiveness from Alessandro. I was there on an extended work trip and would stay again.
