Amazing, will definitely recommend to others.

Pros: Beautifully equipped and very close to Colosseum. Easy check in and good communication with host. Close to lovely authentic restaurants!

Cons: A few issues with water temperature in shower, didn’t produce enough hot water for more than one shower.

Great location, great apartment!

Pros: The property was so cute cosy clean and conveniently located. We had such a great stay, short walk over to the colosseum! It was hot in Rome so the air conditioning was welcomed. The rooms were set up well with everything we needed available. Would definitely stay here again if I was to return to Rome!

Cons: Tourist tax should be included in the stay price - didn’t enjoy the addition $ we had to leave.

Fabulous

Pros: This accommodation far exceeds our expectations. The location is excellent, with restaurants and shops just around the corner (only a couple of minutes' walk). It's also just a few minutes' walk to the Colosseum. The beds, including the sofa bed, are very comfortable. The facilities in the bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen are sufficient. You have everything you need, such as towels, slippers, daily toiletries, a hairdryer in the bathroom, and all necessary items in the kitchen. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early and check out a bit later on our last day.

Cons: There was a little bit noisy in the early morning. I think it’s a vehicle to collect rubbish outside.

Pros: There was everything in there and even more! The apartament was clean and beautiful, it was pleasure to stay in there.

Cons: Everything was great, prepared for each situation, rooms were clean, even the toilet was super clean. Really recommend it for staying!

Pros: Perfect location for a short trip to Rome. Only 3 minutes away from the Colosseum (walking distance). The communication with the host was great. I’d definitely come back here.

Clean, modern, very nice. Walking distance to the Colosseum

Pros: Very clean, modern and nicely designed. Walking distance to the Colosseum. Nice quiet street. Comfortable bed.

Cons: If gas stove doesn’t work, the valve for the propane is under the kitchen sink. It took us a while to figure this out. Bathroom is modern but the shower is very very small, if you are a rather large person you will not enjoy your shower as much as you wish.
