Comfortable, great area and an easy stay

Pros: The location is great, in the heart of Garbatella and near to all transport. The room is comfy and comes with nice personal coffee/tea facilities and a mini fridge.

Cons: It was kind of noisy, both from outside construction and the cleaner clattering about at 7.30am every day. The shared kitchen is a bit awkward between 3 strangers whose rooms are so close, I just felt a bit odd and like I had to be very quiet. As others have mentioned, there was a problem with mosquitos and shower pressure, but nothing too bad.

Pros: Spacious room, equipped with airconditioning and shutters which was very comfortable. Contact with the host was great, responded very quickly and clear check in instructions. Great location close to the metro station and with many nice cafes and restaurants at walking distance.

Great apartment in a good location easily accessible by public transportation

Pros: Good location, not too far from the center and easily accessible by bus or metro! Both of the stop were a couple minute walk from the house! The apartment was nice and well equipped, with everything that you might possibly need during your stay! The host Paolo was very polite and welcoming and quick to respond to any of your questions! The self check in was very easy and had no problem with that!

Cons: There were some stains on the sheets and some hair and dust on the walls from the previous stays. After your stay you had to take out your own trash.

Great base for visiting Rome.

Pros: The kitchen was a really good extra. Easy access to the city without city prices! Good comms.

A great place to stay for exploring Rome.

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable, the communal kitchen was useful for breakfast. Although it was outside the centre of Rome, the transport links are close by and good. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance, as well as local shops.

Cons: shower curtain could have been cleaner

Pros: Very friendly host helped us a lot. The room and bathroom were clean and nice. The kitchen was well equipped. The location is very good.

Cons: It has nothing to do with the property, but beware of mosquitoes in Rome 😅 I recommend using air conditioning when necessary and not opening the window.

Pros: Super sauber und gepflegt, viele Kleinigkeiten vorhanden wie Bügelbrett Kaffemaschine Kühlschrank etc auch Küche mit vielen Utensilien, alles was man braucht um sich ne Kleinigkeit zu kochen …

Cons: Keine Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern, es waren doch einige Plagegeister unterwegs

Pros: La camera era spaziosa e pulita, il letto e i cuscini molto comodi! sia la stanza che il bagno erano interamente rinnovati. Ho apprezzato molto il kit di benvenuto ( bottigliettaa d'acqua, biscotti e caffè). ben collegato al centro dalla metro B. il quartiere è molto calmo e consiglio la pizzeria dietro l'angolo

Cazare foarte ok din toate punctele de vedere

Pros: Aproape de centru (2 stații de metrou până la Colosseum), gazdă primitoare și comunicativă, cazare curată, dotată cu toate cele necesare
