Sanpaolo Modern Aesthetic B&B

Pros: The owners are very nice and thoughtful people. They are doing their best to make the guest feel comfortable. Every morning, breakfast with a nice view from the balcony can be a really great start to the day. The place is very clean. The location is really nice, as one can reach quite easily and quickly reach the city center using the metro. There are nice bars and pizzeria shops nearby. Owners don't speak fluent English; however, as translators are available on smartphones, the communication is not an issue. All essential things could be managed easily anyway.

Cons: If you travel by car, finding a parking spot every day can be an issue in this area. Also, leaving the parking lot may be a challenge, as quite often there is little space to maneuver.

Pros: The neatness and kindness of the hosts. The room I got was extremely neat and clean. The hosts were very kind.

It was beautiful!

Pros: The ten days spent in this welcoming house flew by unnoticed! The hosts are very kind people, and Sofia was very kind to me and helped a lot. There is well-developed infrastructure around: metro, shops, cafes, which was very convenient. Thank you very much for allowing me to spend time in such a wonderful place. Until next time!

Pros: All is beautyful and the hosts are very very nice. Location was good. It felt like home.

Cons: Everything worked well, but the hit water in tge shower was a bit unstable once. But only once.

Pros: It is my first home in Rome and it turns out to be a real home! The balcony is the place I like best in this B&B, nice view and flowers all around make it a good spot for breakfast, lunch, and even work. :) Besides, I also received a lot of extra help from this Chinese host family, from mailing my residence permit application to activate my tax code in the revenue agency. That helped me to settle in this new city as a 1st year PhD student. I can not appreciate their hospitality more!

A clean & safe place for a solo traveler

Pros: A very polite hosting family, a neat and clean house with an amazing room they also helped me arrive at the airport after checkout. I can't thank them enough

Pros: Hosts molto disponibili e presenti. Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Hanno soddisfatto anche il mio modo di fare colazione. I servizi offerti sono ottimi.

Cons: Letto un po' piccolo per la mia altezza ma per poche notti ci si adatta.

Superlativo!!

Pros: Struttura familiare super accogliente e soprattutto tecnologica. Casa Recentemente ristrutturata con molta cura, di notte non si sente alcun rumore si dorme benissimo: letto comodo e grande con un cuscino incredibile-soffro di cervicale- mai avuto un cuscino così perfetto. Stanza e bagno con ogni comfort immaginabile. Ma la differenza la fanno i proprietari: persone di una cortesia ed accoglienza fuori dal comune, fanno di tutto per metterti a tuo agio, cercando di soddisfare ogni necessità e richiesta ( dal comfort più completo, alla colazione, alle indicazioni stradali per raggiungere l’appartamento dalla metropolitana) SOFIA padrona di casa superlativa!!!! Complimenti a questa famiglia.
