Perfect two night stay, highly recommend

Pros: We stayed two nights and everything was great. Starting from the welcoming and kind personal at the reception, that help us with everything we need. The hotel couldn’t be more well located, only a few blocks from the Station and a couple of minutes away on walking distance to the Coliseum. It was perfect. Great price. Great staff. Also the bed was really comfortable. I would definitely recommend it, now is a must stay in my next visit to Rome!

Pros: The staff is friendly and very attentive, i reported a problem and it was resolved immediately. I was in a room for 4 people but there was no one there so i stayed alone for one night and it really felt like i was in heaven haha

Agradable.

Pros: Buena relación precio/ calidad. Éramos dos, en una habitación para 3 y estuvimos solas. Espacios comunes amplios. Muy tranquilo y cerca de la estación Roma termini. Cerca de muchos medios de transportes.

Cons: No tenía wifi. Faltaban cubiertos.

Buena calidad precio, mejorar llegada

Pros: Buenas instalaciones (para el precio), con cocina. El recepcionista era muy amable y calmado.

Cons: Al principio me demoré en encontrar la recepción, es más tuve que esperar que alguien del edificio (que no trabaja en la recepción) me dejara entrar para ponerme a buscar

Pros: Me sorprendió para bien. El lugar está bien ubicado y limpio, amplio y 3 baños para los del mismo piso. Muy amables el personal. La habitación amplia y el locker estaba bien aunque podría estar mejor si le ponen un estante.

Cons: No hay velador o enchufe para cada cama. El aire acondicionado goteaba sobre la cama. Lo peor es la cocina, no está equipada. Solo una olla y con suerte una cuchara. Puedes cocinar pero tienes que inteniartelas. Puedes dejar el equipaje hasta las 17 y luego se paga y a las 23 se cierra hasta el otro día. La dirección no es la correcta hay que googlear hotel heaven que funciona en otro piso del mismo edificio.
