Better than i expected

Pros: The location is perfect, about 3 mins from the train station entrance. The staff were great too. The room is okay, The good thing is that there is a toilet inside your room so that's nice. There was always toilet paper and it was clean, no bad smells too. You have a safe box but you need to carry your own locker. I was scared from all the other rewievs but i was so relieved when i got hot water in the bath(you need to let it run for like 15 mins to get hot water ).

Cons: The water thing definitely needs to be fixed. No hangers too. Other things were okay i guess, when you have a room with 5 more people it cant be cleaner.

The hostel was comfortable, safe, clean, and perfectly matched its price.

Pros: What I liked the most was the cleanliness of the room and the bathroom, and also the people who shared the room with me. The man at the reception was very nice and helpful. The area was also great because it’s in the center and close to bus and metro stations that take you anywhere in Rome.

Pros: Location was great. I booked it due to how close it was to train station. The staggering were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the four bed dorm was a good size.

Satisfactory for what I needed...just somewhere to crash...

Pros: Excellent location...pretty much standard dorm with 4 beds...excellent bathroom and very clean...

Cons: Maybe a little expensive for the customer base...some of the other guys were moving due to price...

Pros: It’s a nice decent hostel close to the city center. The location was excellent and everything was clean too.

Perfect, clean, cheap, easy to find room. Excellent wi-fi and cool air-con.

Pros: I am this place's oldest customer - 25 years of staying. Some years are better than others, but the place is consistently IMPROVING in recent years. * Very clean room * Quiter than usual (I think one of the bars on the main street has closed) * Polite, helpful staff * Wi-fi is excellent. Strong signal on ALL floors (it never used to be!) * Air-Conditioning made the room very cold quickly * The lift has been working for two years now (a record!) * Location is not the prettiest, but the best for travelling and finding for your first time. * A dopo - See you later

Cons: * I would still like to see a working TV in the 'luxury room'. * Small bedside light / lamp would be nice.

Pros: Common areas. Location is good and most of the staff is gentle and very helpful.

Cons: Slim indian guy at the reception desk is extremelly rude, does not listen what people talk to him and gets agressive talking loud (almost screaming) and disrespectfully when people try to ask for any kind of additional information (which is necessary, since he does not care about what people are asking and answers whatever he interprets) Other people I met at the hostel also complained about him: \

Teach your staff how to room people. Cheaper ones stay in the bigger room with more beds. And invest in an all female ro

Pros: Everything, so close to the terminal and supermarket.

Cons: That the staff was putting random people in my room. I paid extra and for privacy. They had an Albanian guy who looking to steal and was so annoying and refuse to take a shower. I had to beg for him to be removed . Other than, everything else was ok

20+ years of staying and it is definely improving. Deserves a FAR HIGHER rating on this website.

Pros: I have made many reviews of this place, over many, years (over 20 years I have stayed here) Some of my reviews are good and some not so good. Cons: * The TV is still not working. Granted, it was not advertised in the booking, but they used to work and it is a shame they do not get them working, as it is an easy problem to fix * There used to be a kitchen that guests could use. I would like to see this return.
