Great stay, location walkable to all major tourist attractions, plenty of restaurants nearby

Pros: Location, facilities as described including quaint balcony. Great to get breakfast downstairs in the bakery each morning and also welcome pack.

Cons: Nothing we didn’t like.

Nice little base to go exploring and a place to be comfortable and peaceful.

Pros: Ideal for a couple or like me going solo. Well situated very close to metro. A nice balcony space, peaceful. Grocery store opposite. Walking distance to Termini station.

Cons: Only very minor, If choosing to home cook the kitchen counter space is limited, however can use the table for prep.

Pros: The unit was great, clean and it had everything we needed. The host was great, offered a complimentary bottle of wine and free morning coffee and croissant in the cafe downstairs. We don't drink wine and we don't drink coffee so we didn't use it. I tried swapping the coffee for a hot chocolate but cafe has strictly coffee only. Might be good to have some option for non coffee drinkers 😊

Cons: The smell by the hallway on the way to the old elevator. The hot shower temperature was playing up, not the best especially it was winter time when we stayed.

Perfect, we’d stay again.

Pros: Great location. Very close to the metro and bus. Restaurants close by and a wonderful cafe downstairs where you can get breakfast. The apartment was very comfortable and made our stay in Rome just perfect. Semi was really helpful and provided lots of helpful information.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Stay in the Heart of Rome!

Pros: I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It’s spotlessly clean, incredibly cozy, and located right in the center of Rome, just a short walk from everything you’d want to see. The apartment is fully equipped with all the facilities you could need. It really feels like a home away from home. The owner is absolutely wonderful, always available if you need anything, and full of great local advice on where to eat, what to visit, and how to experience the city like a local. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Rome. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a truly welcoming host!

Pros: The breakfast next door was a beautiful bonus, location was great, very easy to get around. We had everything we needed, having a washing machine and Netflix was the icing on the cake.

Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was well located, clean, quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed including nice coffee for breakfast and a usb charging point with lots of cables. The metro station was right next to the apartment which you could use to easily get to the Colossuem etc. and there is a bus stop right opposite. We took the 492 bus to the pantheon and Trevi fountain. Semi was lovely host - very friendly and helpful. We would love to return again.
