Pros: Its location is very convenient — you can go anywhere without any problems. Everything runs smoothly and provides everything you need. It's really practical and convenient, whether you want to go to the supermarket, sightseeing or into the city centre. There are so many restaurants nearby that you can walk to and that are affordable. I strongly recommend it.

Cons: until now, no.

A location with good value for money that’s well connected to the city center.

Pros: We had a pleasant stay at the Termini apartment. We really liked that it is very well connected to the city center and the airport by all types of public transport. The location is clean and has most of the amenities we needed for such a trip.

Cons: As for things to improve, it is worth mentioning the parquet flooring, which creaks in many places when you walk on it harder and the purchase of better quality mattresses.

Pros: Great communication with the host Adele! She was very helpful. The bathroom was perfect!

Great location, good host, good value for money

Pros: Great location, easy access to metro. There are lots of eateries and supermarket nearby so it’s easy to grab something. What one requires in N apartment is all there. Cook simple breakfast like fried egg & salmon so it’s great. Heating system works well and keep everyone warm. Good space enough and comfortable for family of 5. There is sm elevator, though need to climb a few steps to get there so may not be suitable for those with disability. Some noise from rowdy drinker on a Sat night around midnight but didn’t last long, overall it’s not noisy at night (saw some comments about this from previous customers). Also felt pretty safe walking from metro to apartment, well lit and there are other passerbys, so feeling is good.

Cons: If anything, it will be great to provide both shampoo and shower gel. But I notice not just Termini but other hotel in Italy also only provide shower gel, without shampoo.

Pros: Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Adele was a very helpful host as well.

Great apartment in Rome.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Great location. Great guide to find and enter. Lots of extra facilities like brollies that you wouldn't expect. Nice shower. Great beds.

Cons: A sofa would have been nice but we appreciate the lack of space due to the extra proper beds which were more important to us.

Perfect and restful stop over

Pros: Located a short walk from Rome Termini station , this apartment is located in a quiet and safe area. The communication with the manager was excellent. It was very comfortable and clean, and provided us with 4 separate beds which we really appreciated.

Large apartment with everything a family would need

Pros: Large apartment with everything needed for a larger family (set up to sleep 7 with the option of addition sofa bed) and a lift in the building. Near central station which was handy when travelling in from other cities/regions. Full kitchen and dining area, washing machine included. Good communication and flexibility of hosts providing an option for us to leave baggage in the room prior to check in. They even provided local dining suggestions and private driver.

Cons: It felt a little dark in some parts of the apartment. Cleaning could be a little more thorough in some areas.

Pros: Location was great Neighbours were great help The host was great and very help with things to see where to eat around the property

Excellent place for a family holiday in Rome. Really clean and convenient.

Pros: Location and size that was big enough for our family, close to good restaurants.

Cons: Air-conditioning didn’t work well, even though it was modern. Perhaps some maintenance, cleaning filters etc was needed. A fan in the central dining room would be nice too.
