Pros: The room is excellently located, providing convenient access to key points of interest, public transportation, and local amenities. The facilities are comfortable and functional. Particular emphasis should be placed on the staff, who were consistently professional, attentive, and accommodating. Overall, the accommodation offers a high standard of service and comfort and can be recommended without reservation.

Cons: Overall, the stay was comfortable; however, a small number of furnishings would benefit from some additional upkeep. This is a minor point and addressing it could further improve the overall guest experience.

Pros: Conveniently close to Rome Termini and within a reasonable distance of major tourist attractions. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped — bonus points for the shower not soaking the entire bathroom (a rare win in my European travels!).

Pros: El departamento está muy bien en general. Yo estuve 4 días y lo elegí por estar cercano a Termini y poder desde ahí recorrer caminando casi todos los puntos de interés. La atención y el check in es muy simple y agradezco especialmente que me permitieran dejar el equipaje mientras estaban haciendo la limpieza. Gracias por todo la atención y servicio! Volvería.

Pros: Molt a prop de Termini. Llit comodíssim. Apartament amb reforma recent molt adient. Hi havia sabó i capsules de café. El tracte amb el propietari molt senzill (tot i el vam veure).

Cons: Barri una mica decadent. Li calia més equipament de cuina (per exemple, no hi havia tissores ni ganivets per tallar, i només hi havia tres forquilles). Li calia una mica de manteniment (alguna bombeta fosa, un endoll deteriorat).
