Amazing apartment and services

Pros: Everything is modern and clean and has full amenities plus very communicative owner

Cons: Location sadly doesn’t feel safe in the evening lots of men on the streets as a woman I wouldn’t pick this place We were seven people and children and the extra bed wasn’t that easy to use I would only recommend this apartment for 6 persons

Pros: Modern, clean, spacious flat. The owner was flexible, and give answer immedietly, if we had a question. We had a great time in Rome.

Pros: Well equipped, spacious, comfortable, clean and pleasantly decorated apartment. Our hostess Roberta was really warm and welcoming. She sent us detailed information about the apartment with ideas on how to get there. We used the private transfer option, it was cost effective, fast and safe. The location is good.

Family stay in Rome

Pros: Communication for arrival and key collection was good - ready and waiting for us at our agreed time. The walk from Roma Termini station is about 10 minutes and then it was a round 15 into the city. Metro station nearby also. The apartment was super clean, great air con and use of a a washer and drier too which was great. Very modern and excellent value for money! We find it tricky to get great 3 bed accommodation and this was fab.

Pros: Un oasis en el desierto. Excelente distribución, especial para grupos grandes. Cuenta con espacio suficiente pero con privacidad. Además de todas laa comodidades que ocupa una familia. Punto alto, la cercanía con Roma Termini. Y si se es amante de la caminata, muchos de los sitios de interés son accesibles caminando.

Cons: Todo me gustó! Considerar que pese a que hay ascensor siempre hay que usar escaleras.

Pros: Yhteydenpito majoittajan kanssa ennen matkaa oli helppoa ja hän vastasi nopeasti. Majoittaja oli vastatassa asunnolle saapuessamme ja kertoi ohjeet selkeästi. Asunto oli tyylikäs, siisti ja hienosti sisustettu. Keittiö oli hyvin varusteltu ja kaksi erillistä wc- ja suihkutilaa olivat puhtaat ja toimivat hyvin isommallekin ryhmälle. Jokaisessa huoneessa oli ilmastointi ja hyvät sängyt. Talon sijainti oli todella hyvä, kävelymatkan päässä on kolme metroasemaa ja Terminin päärautatieasema sekä ruokakauppa, ravintoloita ja kahviloita. Asunnossa oli myös erittäin hyvä info-kansio, jossa oli kattavasti tietoa majoituksen ajalle. Yöaikaan kadulta kuuluu jonkin verran liikenteen ääniä, joten jos olet herkkäuninen, on suositeltavaa ottaa korvatulpat mukaan.
