Pros: The place is good, comfortable bed and clean. Perfect location, right next to railway station and metro, walking distance to everything. Special thanks for delicious coffee :) The host was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be staying here again when we’re back in Rome.

Pros: דירה נחמדה עם כל הציוד הנדרש כולל מכונת קפה אספרסו עם קפסולות רוברטו היה קשוב ודאג שהכל יהיה בסדר מיקום מצויין ליד תחנות הרכבת מרחק הליכה 9 דקות. יש סופר קרוב וגם מסעדות אסייתיות בית קפה 32 לארוחות בוקר וקפה ליד וגלדריה מצויינת זולה ממול המסעדה הסינית, שוק אוכל ענק סמוך למגורים..

Cons: לא אהבנו שהיינו צריכים לשלם עבור צ'יק אין מאוחר המחיר משתנה בהתאם לשעה אחרי 22:00,אנחנו מטיילים המון בעולם וזו פעם ראשונה שדרשו תשלום, יש בעיה עם המים החמים וגם בעית פתיחה עם חוסר ידיות של המגירות ודלת המקרר, הודעתי לרוברטו הבטיח שיטפל הליקויים,מקווה שכן עבור הדיירים האחרים כי כל השאר היה מצויין וחבל שזה יפגע בשירות ובניקוד המקום..

Excelente experiencia y zona estratégica.

Pros: Roberto el propietario del apartamento es una persona muy amable y siempre durante la semana que estuvimos, nos preguntaba cada poco si necesitábamos algo o cualquier cosa que nos hiciese falta se lo dijésemos. Nos dio varios consejos útiles sobre la ciudad, sitios para ver, cuidados a tener en cuenta, etc. El lugar donde está ubicado el alojamiento no es de lo más bonito pero está muy cerca la terminal de los trenes, autobuses y metro (Termini), lo cual nos fue muy muy útil para movernos en metro por toda la ciudad sin ningún problema. Sin duda, cuando volvamos a Roma volveremos a alojarnos en el apartamento de Roberto sin pensarlo ni un segundo. Totalmente aconsejado.

Cons: Lo único que no nos gustó mucho fue la poca presión de agua en la ducha, aunque por lo visto no es problema del alojamiento sino del mismo sistema de agua de la ciudad en esa zona.
