Good appartment near the station.

Pros: The friendly communication, the accurate instructions. The accessibility, ground floor, no lift required. The flat is spacious, bright and clean. Kitchenette is equipped Iron and hair dryer provided The beds are comfortable. Pillows and linen nice. Area with good transport links, main roads and restaurants.

Cons: This is not about the property but observations about the area. Just awareness, that in every city places near train stations tend to be crowded, with groups of people jobless and homeless on the street. One founds walls with graffiti and posters, that would be cleaned in the centre or touristic places. I'm familiar with this kind of areas where I lived. Areas with main roads offer the benefit of good transport in detriment of traffic density, and noises from traffic and urgency vehicles. In general, the council provides better services in the center and touristic areas: more cleaning, more police presence, hence more pleasant and safe feeling.

A great place to stay, we will be in contact for our next trip to Rome.

Pros: The property was spotlessly clean, well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed for two nights and were welcomed by the owner who gave us great information and recommendations. For a capital city apartment it was spacious enough for us (a family group five adults). We were only the third group to stay in the property (24 May 2024) and that explained the small number of reviews. When we travel back to Rome we will be trying to stay here again. We had a late train on our last day and the owner looked after us right up until 6pm. Service better than a five star hotel!

Cons: Like many areas around city train stations this area is a little run down. However we never felt unsafe.

Pros: El apartamento es muy comodo, los colchones geniales y sus dos baños completos muy comodos. Marina una bellísima persona, hizo todo lo que estuvo en sus manos para facilitar nuestra estancia.Volveré.
