Everything is great

Pros: The location is great (right next to Termini train station): all the main attractions, main shopping streets and the Opera House are nearby (except the Vatican). The apartment is spacious and comfortable. We didn't have to meet the hosts, we communicated via WhatsApp, communication was easy. We found the apartment and the keys easily. We sincerely thank the hosts Francesco and Jelena for our great vacation 😊

Cons: The bathroom handle should be fixed. And....we really missed the Italian coffee maker :-)

Large, clean, great value for money.

Pros: Super friendly and helpful host. Fantastic sized apartment, very comfortable and good setup.

Cons: We think a kettle would be well used. Initial impression of the location walking from the train station was a little unsettling however during the 4 days we didn’t get hassled once.

A pleasant stay

Pros: Good location. A supermarket nearby was super handy. Communication with the host was easy. The place is spacious.

Cons: No ironing board. Water pressure in the shower was low. The microwave oven wasn't cleaned when we arrived. Air conditioning was leaking a little in the main room.

Pros: Excellent apartment - Clean, bright, spacious, comfortable beds, good heating and water. Convenient for San Lorenzo.

Cons: As the location is next to Termini Station, we did not expect a salubrious area and this would normally not bother us, but the area is worse than expected. A few things in the apartment need maintenance eg one of the bedside lights not working.

Pros: We think it was one of the most pleasant experiences renting an apartment in Rome. Francesco greeted us with a smile and punctually on the first day, showing us around the apartment. Unfortunately, it was raining on our first day, but Francesco gave us a couple of tips on where to go and experience Roman culture on a rainy day. He also recommended good places to eat. Also, on our last day in Rome, it was important for us to leave our luggage somewhere since our flight was in the evening, but Francesco kindly offered to keep our luggage in the apartment for an extra day since there were no guests that day. We are very grateful to Francesco and his family for such good and welcoming work! Advantages: - Clean, has all the essentials for living (kitchen, hygiene, etc.) - Excellent renovation, temperature control - Comfortable beds, large rooms, and a spacious bathroom - Good location (20 minutes to the Colosseum and 10 to the main Termini station) Drawback: None :)
