Good, clean no frills place

Pros: Location was great, a stone throw away from Termini station. Place is near transport, food etc. Host was friendly and helpful.

Cons: Would have appreciated more if provided kettle in room.

Pros: Location, safety, cleaning service, staff help, wifi.

Cons: Lack of pots and pans in the kitchen.

Amazing

Pros: This was one of the best places we stayed in, the owner is such a sweet lady and everything was perfect and it was very safe.

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the place was really really good especially if you want to use termini for travels (which we did as we visted other cities too not just Rome). An overall nice stay for the price and locstion

Cons: The elevator wasn't working and you could get stuck in it. Don't go alone outside if you are a woman and it's late at night

Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel with my mom. The location is ideal, just a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and 25 minutes to the Fountain. Our room was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. While the teapot is located in the hall, we were able to use it freely

Cons: The only issue we encountered was that the administrator requested us to stay in one room for 2 nights and then move to another room for the remaining 2 nights.

Pros: Good facilities in terms of plug sockets, aircon, fridge etc. Exceptional location, very close to the main station Roma Termini and so the metro. Staff was friendly. Very good value for money.

Cons: Shower could've been more clean and it was difficult to initially enter the building as I don't think the buzzer worked. However this was easily recfiied by ringing the number and the shower really wasn't a big issue.

Pros: Our room was simple but cosy and clean. As it's right near the Termini station, it was a little bit loud and the environment of the area is not the most pleasant, on the other hand, it was easy to reach different parts of the city. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Practical and convenient

Pros: Convenient location and clean. With the possibility for a late check in, it was the perfect place for a short overnight stay.

Cons: Could hear the room next door using the bathroom.

Pros: Muy bien situado. Teníamos la estación de trenes al lado y se podía llegar al centro andando sin problema. La anfitriona fue muy atenta y muy maja.

Cons: Se escuchaba bastante todo. Cada vez que alguien entraba o salía del lugar se oía mucho, pero eso tampoco nos impidió disfrutar de la estancia.

Great place to stay with easy access to train station. Host was AMAZING!!

Pros: Good location because it was right next to the main train station. Great value for the price! The people who run this place are incredible! They even shipped me some stuff I accidentally left behind.

Cons: One day the bathroom smelled really bad and we couldn’t tell why, but it went away in a few hours.
