Accommodation for a sightseeing trip
Pros: It's across the street from the central station but not noisy. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge and a microwave. Free coffee is also available. The building is secured by several doors and cameras, so it feels really safe. Comfortable beds and a wardrobe to store your stuff.
Cons: In reality, it doesn't look quite as nice as the pictures. But still nice enough for a weekend trip.

Location is good and the place was clean
Pros: The place is right in front of Termini, so for me it was great since I only spent one night before leaving to the airport
Cons: The flush of the toilet wasn’t working. I wrote to the staff to let them know but they never replied.

Moshi Moshi a great layover stay or more
Pros: Great location near Roma Termini so perfect for a bridging stop over. Helpful staff and could leaving luggage on site securely so after check out for later collection before next leg of travel. Even though near a busy station the shutters kept the noise out but u needed the air con on as a trade off. Room was spacious, bed comfortable and good shower. A common kitchen area if needed (no microwave, jug, or fridge in room), but very functional.
Cons: All good, but do watch the intro video clip they send you to get into hotel for the first time. It helps - i didn’t and struggled but that was my bad. It’s a good hotel

Pros: Great Location and Convenient Stay Near Termini I had a very convenient stay thanks to the excellent location—just a short walk to Termini Station, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. The metro (Line A) is nearby and provides direct access to many of Rome’s top tourist attractions. The hop-on-hop-off bus stop is right across the street, and there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants in the area, including a McDonald’s for a quick bite. The airport shuttle pickup point is also just around the corner, which was a big plus for travel ease. The accommodation itself felt very secure. While the decor is a bit dated, the space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a great choice for convenience and accessibility in Rome. All in all, a great base for exploring Rome, especially if you’re relying on public transport
Cons: One thing to note is that several blocks around the station looked a bit run down, but I didn’t feel unsafe.
