Would stay again.

Pros: The beds were so comfy, room was very spacious for the two of us. Very ideal for a couple. It is in walking distance to all the major sites and right next to the Roma termini. Host was very kind and helpful, have a free mini bottle of Prosecco.

Cons: Nothing the stay was great. A slight problem with a fuse lead to us being locked out but the host came as quickly as possible to sort it out and offered us another free mini bottle of prosecco or money if we went to get drinks while we waited.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable bed, the room was being cleaned daily. Staff was very helpful!

Pros: Everything was just as expected - perfect! The host was very kind, even gave us some free prosecco for free!

Pros: Very near train station which is Roma Termini. About 3-5 minutes walk

Good location and comfortable, clean room.

Pros: Location proximal to train station and within easy walking distance of many tourist sites. Abundant eating places in surrounding streets. There was space for two luggage bags near the window that did not block access to the remainder of the small room. Room serviced every day and tea-coffee supplies replenished.

Cons: No plug for the bathroom sink. Could not understand how to close the shutters to block the light. Suspect the mechanism did not work.

Great short-stay option

Pros: Very close to the train station, a big shopping centre, a wide variety of restaurants and other food outlets, and the hop-on/hop-off bus services. Quite basic, but very clean and comfortable. Good place to choose for a one, or maybe two, night stay in Rome.

Cons: Not surprisingly, it's a very busy area both day and night, so definitely not recommended if traffic and other street noise is likely to bother you (though you could close the windows and use the air-conditioning).

Pros: Great communication and check it. The cleaning lady Valentina was so lovely. Great location as it’s so close to the train and the building is nice and secure.

Pros: The no1 for me was the immediate response by the owener for whatever we needed via whats up, clean room and was cleaned everyday, and also very proffesional and honest ! Will stay again

Pros: The accommodation was perfectly fine, and one big advantage is that even though it’s more of an Airbnb-style place, the room is cleaned for you every day. It’s located right next to Termini Station, where two metro lines intersect, making it very convenient for getting around. I can definitely recommend it!

Pros: Right next to Termini, something that made it us very easy to move around. No words needed for Ulrich and Valentina!! The communication was excellent and they were available for anything we needed! The room was very clean. Can’t wait to visit Habana’a again🤍
