Special thanks to owner for letting me to check in earlier than 2pm.

Pros: Location is good and the owner is very friendly. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast is in the caffeteria next door and limited. But despite this small issue, everything is perfect.

Excellent choice

Pros: The location of the hotel is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, making access to the city center quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a shared bathroom. There's also a common area where guests can enjoy free tea and coffee throughout the day. Breakfast is included and served in a nearby bar, which was a nice touch.

Cons: The only drawback was the bathroom. The shower tray could use a deep clean, as there was some grime that should be scrubbed off. Because of this, I'd rate my stay 8 out of 10 overall. Everything else was completely fine with me.

great stay

Pros: Very nice and comfortable accommodation. It is really very clean, especially the bathroom. In fact, it is a large Roman apartment divided into rooms for rent, and everything is really well organized. A small problem with my entry into the accommodation and contacting the owner, but it did not significantly affect my stay in the accommodation. The shared kitchen in the accommodation was also very helpful

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Its placed in a nice neighborhood. Close to the metro. The coffe shop is very close as well for your morning coffee. Also nearby there is a parc and the supermarket so that is great

Cons: Well its very loud . Peop were slamming the doors at 4-5 in the morning everyday also its not practical to eat something at that shared space there is no normal cutlery or where to wash of the plate of cup

Absolutely worth it!

Pros: It’s very close to the metro, in a quiet area of the city and Claudio, the owner was super friendly and available for everything

Cons: The walls are thin, you can hear every noise

Pros: Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità dell'host, la posizione della camera e la pulizia.

Cons: Ho apprezzato di meno il bagno in comune (anche se era specificato al momento della prenotazione... ci ho provato) e la sala in comune che aveva un microonde, un bollitore e qualche stoviglia di ceramica. Secondo me, non essendoci poi una cucina disponibile, è più comodo avere posate, bicchieri ecc usa e getta (in carta magari, ora se ne trovano milioni di tipologie) perché altrimenti come si lavano le cose in ceramica che si utilizzano? È un po' scomodo questo...
