Good

Pros: Very clean room with a nice breakfast. Decor of the room is very pretty. Marco, the host is lovely and very helpful. Location is not bad, its a 10 minute walk from Tiburtina metro station. There are 2 exits from the station and one is closer to the other. Marco explains when you meet him.

Cons: There is nothing much to do around the hotel. It is on a run down street but it is a safe area. We walked back as late as 9 and felt safe.

Pros: The room was tidy and easy to reach. It is in a good location and easy walk to the station. Room was large and the garden beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better. Would have been good if pastries and croissants were fresh rather than packaged. The fruit and yoghurt was good.

Excellent choice to stay while visiting Rome

Pros: The host was very friendly and supportive, Marco helped us with everything we needed. The location is close to the Metro and Tiburtina Station, there are some markets around and restaurants. The garden was very nice and quiet, the perfect location for the morning coffee.

Pros: If you’re looking for something decent with great price, nice location, 10 minutes walk to Tiburtina, great, Marco was very friendly and helpful, we had problem with AC and It was 11 PM and he came very quickly and repaired it. Great customer service, great breakfast although It was packed but still very good. Thank you 😊

Lovely ground floor room with stylish bathroom and garden space

Pros: Good air conditioning (which was very welcomed during the heat wave), lovely garden space as the image shows, comfy and spatious bed and room. We made good use of the nespresso machine. The host was prompt in replying and very accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious - pastry, fruit and yoghurt. The location is not central, but that was what we wanted - an authentic Rome neighbourhood that is very well connected to both train and metro via the Tiburtina station. It was also very quiet, with plenty of opportunities nearby for a low-key, delicious and fairly priced dinner. We lacked for nothing there and will definitely return to stay there on our next visit to Rome. Thank you!

Pros: Spacious room with all the necessary appliances, good breakfast. Marco is a great host who explained everything about the facility and gave us some city visiting advices.

Pros: Marco was amazing and super friendly. He was so helpful and spent time with us explaining how to get around rome. The location was perfect. The room was amazing, as was the little garden with the table and chairs.

Nice and comfortable room with garden outside the center

Pros: The garden outside was very nice, you can access it straight from the room and eat breakfast. The host was super friendly and helped us with everything. The room and lobby was clean and comfortable. The bathroom in the room was modern.

Cons: The location was hard to get into. 15min walk to the station and the neighbourhood is pretty rough with dirty streets and trash everywhere. Otherwise its nice to see outside the city.
