Pleasant stay in Rome
Pros: Place is near Tiburtina train station and near a bus stop. Facilities, fully equipped kitchen, decor in room is class and very quick response from host.
Cons: Shared washroom, but otherwise the washroom is good.

Exceptional service from the host
Pros: I love the facilities provided by the host. Clean toilet, clean shower, excellent room. Not to mention the kitchen, very helpful. The host provided everything from cutlery to even pots. You can even cook pizzas and pastas if you want to🤣. Overall, I'll rate this place 10/10
Cons: The warm shower was kinda inconsistent. I had a few ice-cold showers at 6am in the morning. Luckily the weather was kinda warm so no problem to take cold showers.

Pros: This apartment is absolutely amazing! Communication with the host was super nice and very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone coming to Rome — it’s very convenient. Although it’s a bit away from the city center, it’s extremely easy to reach by bus. The place itself is very comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped, which makes it especially perfect if you are planning a longer trip. The apartment is cozy, practical, and overall a wonderful place to stay. I really enjoyed my time here — everything was excellent, and I would love to come back again soon! 💛

Pros: La habitación está nueva y es muy cómoda, cama y almohadas super cómodas, con mucho espacio para colocar tus cosas y con calefacción. Entrada independiente a través de códigos y cocina compartida para comidas ligeras.
Cons: Está un poco lejos del centro, pero nada que no se pueda solucionar. Al compartir el baño con otras habitaciones hay que esperar a veces. La hora para entrar es a partir de las 15:00 y para salir a las 10:00 cosa que me parece un poco temprano.

Buena habitación y ubicación, pero limpieza del baño muy mejorable
Pros: La habitación era muy amplia y tanto el colchón como la almohada eran comodísimos, dormí muy bien durante toda la estancia. El barrio es muy tranquilo y está cerca de la estación de Tiburtina, lo que facilita mucho los desplazamientos por Roma. Además, la entrada fue muy fácil y las indicaciones del personal eran claras y detalladas.
Cons: El baño estaba sucio. Desde el primer día había manchas en el váter que no eran mías, y se mantuvieron exactamente igual durante mis tres noches de estancia. No da la sensación de que limpien el baño diariamente. Compartir baño con desconocidos ya es algo delicado de por sí, y creo que este aspecto debería cuidarse muchísimo más.
