Pros: The hotel was provided everything what we wanted. Breakfast was very testy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: No complaints

Pros: Stefano was very nice, he was waiting for us and he was in contact by email for planning our check in and for our arrival. The location is close to the Train Station Tiburtina very simple to move around. . The room is big, the bed big and comfortable and was clean, the air conditioning work ok.

Cons: Like the others reviews says the duvet was dirty so we remove from the bed and the breakfast is not a breakfast but we re expecting that because of the reviews, is just one croissant per person and for prepare your coffee and tea buy you don't have water and the milk was open and outside of the fridge with very warm weather

Keep this in mind for the check-in

Pros: I needed an extra bed and they nicely added with no extra charge. That was very helpful. They always have tea and biscuits for everyone to take and it was constantly clean.

Cons: The booking app says a price but then, when I got there they added more saying I need it to pay extra for tax apparently for each person. I which I could just paid at once in the app. Instead of being surprised there. The owner doesn't reply on the app. It leaves an automatic message all in Italian which isn't very helpful (at least he could write at the bottom of the Italian language the English translation). I think it indicates how to contact him but is only 2 phone numbers and he didn't pick up, not even he's email was written. I panicked coz I didn't know how to enter the building! So if you need to get inside, there is not BOX were you put a PIN and retrieve the key, like most modern bookings. I got lucky an a resident was coming out of the building and he explain to me (in Italian, which I dont speak) that the owner was across the Street, in a CANON shop, across an italian restaurant. From there someone accompany me back to the building and showed me how to get inside, and then hand me the keys. Imagine it you are coming late to check in. I worry you might get stuck. Also check in said is from 10:00 but the rooms are clean at 2:30pm. So you might find the room messy if you come early and even then bathroom door broken, but the owner fix it right away.

Pros: Personale gentile, accogliente e molto professionale. Ottima colazione e posizione.

Pros: Ottima posizione e prezzo per una camera singola con bagno privato. Piccola colazione disponibile self-service

Cons: Il materasso della stanza 5 è vecchio e scomodo, va sostituito.

Pros: Stanza pulita e ben organizzata. Personale accogliente e ricca scelta per la colazione.

Cons: Le signore delle pulizie che bussano alla porta intimando di lasciare al piu presto la camera non mi hanno fatto impazzire, ma forse anche colpa nostra che abbiamo ritardato leggermente con i tempi.

Excelente relación Precio/Calidad en Roma.

Pros: La ubicación es buena. Cerca de estaciones de metro y trenes. El desayuno son galletas y jugos de cortecia. Está bien pero podría ser mejor.

Cons: Nada en particular pareció malo. No hay quejas.

Weekend all'insegna dell'amicizia vera.

ottima esperienza

Pros: posizione ottima vicino alla stazione Tiburtina, stanza molto grande, silenziosa, pulitissima, letto comodissimo, grande armadio e aria condizionata

Excelente ubicación

Pros: La ubicación está excelente. La habitación es muy tranquila, sin ruido. Se puede descansar muy bien.

Cons: La cubierta del baño estaba medio rota y al sentarse en la taza te ibas de lado :(
