Great location and friendly service

Pros: The guest house has an excellent location. The room was comfortable, and the bed was very cozy as well. The person who welcomed us was very friendly. They came every day to make the bed and also provided fresh towels. The location is great.

Cons: It wasn’t about the room itself, but the neighbors in general were very loud.

Pefect Hospitality

Pros: We liked the stay very much. The hostess' hospitality was great. She asked if we needed a room clean-up every single day. She had left milk in the fridge and coffe, pasta, cornflakes and wine in the drawers. She changed the sheets and towels on demand. We checked in very late the first day and she greeted us without any additional fees. She let us leave our luggage for the whole day after check-out, because our flight was late and we managed to visit some additional sights on the sixth day of our stay. Would recommed Iris guesthouse.

Cons: It is not yhe best neighbourhood in terms of people after dark. However there is practically Carabineers/ Police everywhere so it is not such an issue, althoug it was kind of creepy the first couple of days when we were still getting used to our surroundings.

Excelent

Pros: I would like to start by saying that I was initially scared by the Google reviews of this accommodation. However, I had already booked it and was simply hoping everything would be fine. Google states that this accommodation does not exist, I do not know for what reason, or why there are such negative reviews, but I can assure you that it does exist, and not only does it exist, it is a very good place to stay. It is located right next to the train station, and we were extremely well connected no matter where we wanted to go. There are plenty of shops and very good restaurants nearby, especially since the station is huge and full of stores. The room was very nice and clean; we did not need anything more. The owner was extremely kind, replied immediately to messages, and even helped us with some useful advice. Overall, the accommodation pleasantly impressed me, especially considering the Google reviews it had.

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: We stayed in these apartments for the second time; our previous visit was two years ago, and our impressions remain just as positive. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained. The hostess is very kind and responsive, answered our questions promptly, allowed us to check in earlier, and let us leave our luggage for storage. The location is very convenient, close to the main attractions. In my opinion, this is an excellent option for a short stay.

Comfortable room for friends travelling together.

Pros: Super host! She was very accommodating ,nice and responsive. The kitchen seems to be new. There were missing mugs but there were normal cups, cutlery, plates - everything that you need. The air conditioner was located in the middle of the rooms and although it seemed old, it worked perfectly fine. There was everything that one would need for a short stay in Rome. The beds were very comfortable and i slept the whole night. Moreover location was very good since it was surrounded by restaurants which were not as expensive, and near the train station. This was perfect for us since we wanted to walk around the city.

Cons: The area seemed shady at first and one would not recognize the door, but our host guided us well. There was a bit of noise in the evening but I slept very well as a light sleeper. We second guessed the location and were cautious, but we still managed to get our way around safely.

Good for the price

Pros: Friendly Personel! it's right next to termini station so you can take the bus , the metro or the train very easily. You can also walk to the center of the city (it a 20minute walk.) The room is fairly clean .

Cons: Because it is next to Termini station , it's a sketchy neighborhood during the night hours. Also the rooms are pretty small but for the price it's fine .

Very kind and helpful stuff, near to the station and extremely clear and tidy rooms

Pros: The room was so comfortable that we don’t want to leave. The staff were very kind and understanding ( really sorry for the mess with the watermelon 🤗) everyday they changed the sheets and the towels, they clean and mop the floors! When we arrived they allowed us to leave our luggage until it was time to check in and when the room was ready they write to us to come and check in ( and it was before the check-in time) I am very grateful that they are so supportive and kind! Thank you Zhang TianYi for everything! The next time when we decide to come back to Rome we will comeback to you! The location is perfect, extremely near to the Termini Station and the monuments! One more time I want to thank you and wish you all the best ❤️!

Great stay

Pros: The closeness to the Termini station. Easily accessibile and the host was very kind

Cons: Because it's close to the station, it feels a bit unsafe especially during the night.

Pros: Great location. Super convenient as it's right next to the train station. Also, communication with the owner was a breeze and they are super accomodating.

Cons: Nothing really

Pros: Hosts were very kind and helpful. AC was in working condition which made our sleep very comfortable enduring the hot weather. Highly recommend the place. Perfect value for the money.

Cons: No negatives to be honest.
