Spacious Apartment with Big Terrace at Colosseum

Very comfortable apartment

Pros: Everything was great. Cozy warm apartment, in reality it looks like on the pictures. Very clean, 2 bathrooms are comfortable and also towels/all for shower are included, 2 separate rooms and like living room or studio, plus kitchen with all things for cooking. Location is near Termini, 15-20 minutes by walk from main entrance, supermarket in 3 minutes, underground station 7 minutes by walk. Nice hosts and always in touch. We stayed as family of 6 and it was great. Fully recommend!

Perfect Base for Exploring Rome

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Emiliano’s apartment. As the name suggests, it was very spacious, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. One of our favorite features was the large terrace, perfect for enjoying our morning coffee. The location was excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Termini station. The neighborhood felt a little bit shady at first, but we never had any negative experiences and always felt safe. Overall, a great stay!

Pros: The apartment is beautiful! We felt very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. It is very quiet, although the location is really central (near Termini). The host is super friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for the wonderful time!

Pros: Really nice host. Close to main train station. Big terrace, but with average view.

Cons: The area at night may feel a bit concerning if you are a solo traveler but we felt very safe as a group.

Pros: Owner and host both delightful and helpful. Everything as described. Location is great. Apartment truly is spacious and the 2 bathrooms more than catered for our needs. Would absolutely recommend.

Cons: Plants on terrace could use saucers as rain kept washing compost across terrace. One bathroom with keyhole but no lock.

A lovely apartment with a spacious terrace!

Pros: Very beautiful apartment - the terrace was amazing! The apartment was spacious, with two bedrooms + a living room with a pull out couch. Two bathrooms and a nice kitchen was well + the gorgeous terrace. Great for a family or group of friends (like us), enough for everyone to have their privacy if needed, and also enough space for group gatherings (we enjoyed the terrace and living room table for when we wanted to spend time together). The hosts were very lovely, greeting us and showing us around, and were available before we even arrived to answer some questions about the apartment. The location is close to the central station (about a 15min walk) and also close to the metro (about a 7min walk) and walkable distance to everywhere else.

Cons: The floors were a bit cold though, but nothing we couldn't handle, and it's really a minor thing - everything else was amazing.

Pros: El apartamento ha sido de lo más acogedor para nuestra estancia. La atención recibida por parte de Emiliano ha sido impecable, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar. La ubicación, justo al lado de la estación Termini, ha sido clave para movernos por toda la ciudad con total facilidad. Sin duda, una estancia excelente. ¡Muy recomendable!

Ótimo apartamento, bem localizado em Roma. Excelente recepção do anfitrião

Pros: Ótimo apartamento, limpo, amplo e com terraço. Boas instalações, cozinha e banheiros equipados, boa internet, dois banheiros (ótimo, pois estávamos em 6 pessoas). Anfitrião Edoardo foi muito atencioso e prestativo, fez questão de nos encontrar pessoalmente para entregar as chaves e apresentar todo o apartamento. Bem localizado, próximo da estação Roma Termini (15 minutos a pé) e caminhada curta da estação de metro Vittorio Emanuele (6 minutos). No início fiquei receosa com o bairro e comércio locais, mas os deslocamentos a pé foram tranquilos, com ruas bem iluminadas. Fica ao lado de um mercado público e durante a semana é movimentado.

Cons: Fica no quarto andar e não tem elevador.
