Pros: Fabrizio (the host) was great, and very kind. He has his own Espresso bar down the street do that was convenient. And the apartment was the best part! Just 10min down the street from Termini station, but the inside - so beautiful. Beautiful pictures on the walls - so in line with the whole Rome experience 😊

Pros: ბინა იყო სუფთა, კომფორტული, ლამაზი, მოწესრიგებული. მეპატრონე გულისხმიერი ადამიანია. ბინაში ყველა საჭირი ნივთია კარგი დასვენებისთვის.

Cons: მაღაზიები არც ისე ახლოსაა. პატარა თურქული მაღაზიაა იმავე კორპუსში სადაც ელემენტარულ რამეს იყიდი.

Lugar con encanto

Pros: Lo cómodas que eran las camas, lo limpio que estaba y lo bonito que era. La ubicación también nos gustó. Fabricio fue un muy buen anfitrión y nos lo puso muy fácil. Era tal cual las fotos.

Cons: El primer día no olía el baño pero el segundo día uno de los baños olía mal. Se escuchaba un poco el ruido de los coches al pasar por la calle

Estancia agradable

Pros: En general, es un apartamento muy acogedor, ideal para una familia. Barrio tranquilo.

Cons: El televisor está sobre el sofá lo que imposibilita sentarse a relajarse y disfrutarlo. La comunicación a través de booking poco fluída. Fuímos uno menos y avisé con tiempo pero nunca me contestaron.

Pros: Todo fue perfecto y como se ve en las fotos. Sin duda repetiríamos. Lorenzo, la persona que nos atendió, fue muy amable.

Cons: Por decir algo, el barrio hoy por hoy está un poco degradado, no da buena imagen pero no tuvimos ningún susto. Supongo que con el tiempo irá cambiando porque está muy bien situado cerca de la estación y de los servicios. El precio de la consigna para las maletas con precio excesivo desde nuestro parecer tienen q valorar si dejarlo en alguna taquilla fuera del apartamento si se quieren ahorrar unos euros

Luxe verblijf, centraal gelegen met goede voorzieningen

Pros: Het is een fijne en luxe appartement met airconditioning. Het is erg ruim en net zo mooi als op de foto’s. Ons groep bestond uit een gezin met kinderen en grootouders en het was ideaal met lift en de juiste voorzieningen. We hadden toiletpapier, schone handdoeken en als er iets ontbrak konden we makkelijk erom vragen. Het is op loopafstand van de metro (5min) en station Termini (15 min). Boodschappenwinkel is ook om de hoek en veel mogelijkheden voor restaurants en eventueel thuisbezorgen.
