Love Roma Termini Apartment with Terrace

A very nice place with big terrace

Pros: The apartment is really nice with a big terrace and lot of plants. It has everything one needs, plus the location is good. Our host, Mrs. Stefania, was very hospitable, nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and I would reccomend this place because of the incredible hospitality we received from the host.

Cons: The only thing we didn't like is that the shower water go down the drain really slowly.

Pros: Very warm welcome! Clean appartement and beautiful terasse. Great location close to the train station.

Pros: An amazing apartment, fully equipped with everything you need when you travel with kids ! Near to metro-train station & super market . A wonderful terrace for relaxing . Sergio was really helpful and kind , excellent hospitality! I will choose it again for sure !

Pros: We were looking for a well-located yet inexpensive apartment for our short trip to explore Rome. At first we were worried that it might be a bit noisy near the train station. This is indeed the case, but you don't notice anything of this in the apartment. Sergio gave us a very warm welcome and even provided us with a few drinks in the fridge so that we could relax on the very cozy terrace on our first evening. The apartment is very well maintained and nicely furnished. The train station and the Colosseum are around 15 minutes' walk from the apartment. Two large supermarkets can be reached within 3 minutes, where you can get everything you need for your daily needs. I would highly recommend the apartment to anyone who is looking for an inexpensive alternative to the very expensive hotels in the city center and still wants to spend their stay in a central, quiet and beautiful accommodation. If I were to make another trip to Rome, I would definitely come back! :-)

Pros: Apartment is located close to train station , hop on off buses and many shops , very easy access to main attraction ,metro and trains. Sergio welcome us with big smile and he was very friendly and helpful. With lovely terace where you can relax after all day walking apartment is very cosy , we enjoy our stay and we hope to back to Rome and this lovey apartment in the future. Magdalena

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Love Roma Termini! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and many attractions. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the beautiful large terrace, which was perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. We felt completely at home and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you for the excellent service and the lovely time!

Apartamento cerca de Termini con detalles a mejorar

Pros: El dueño fue muy servicial y atento, las camas son cómodas, dos tipos de almohadas y cocina bien equipada. La terraza es enorme para quien tenga planes de usarla.

Cons: No destacaría positivamente la ubicación, pese a estar cerca de Termini, está en una zona más apartada, oscura. Con gente en situación de calle y que genera inseguridad al que no conoce la zona. La habitación es muy estrecha y no tienes mucho espacio para moverte.

Location, location, location

Pros: L appartamento è situato nel cuore dell Esquilino, accanto a Piazza Vittorio. In passato , Il quartiere era molto degradato ed essendo da sempre multietnico non era una zona raccomandabile. È stato ripulito e c è molta sicurezza . È stata una piacevole scoperta! L appartamento è silenziosissimo e molto ben attrezzato . La proprietaria una signora squisita!

Pros: Wonderful apt. Great Terrace and facilities. I am so fortunate that I can stay an extra day ...my flight back was canceled with no Notice from Norse Atlantic air.
