It is a great choice for families and we would definitely recommend it. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: We had a great stay at this apartment. It was very clean, warm, and comfortable, which was especially appreciated during the winter days as the heating was on most of the time. The apartment is fully equipped, nicely designed, and has a really pleasant, cozy atmosphere. The location is excellent. It is only a 5 minute walk from the metro, in a safe area, with a café right across the street and a supermarket just 100 meters away, which made everything very convenient. It is a great choice for families and we would definitely recommend it. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: Very large and comfortable apartment, close to the metro station (line B) and bus stops, very close to cafes, pizzerias and grocery stores, good contact with the owner, the apartment is equipped with all the necessary appliances and amenities, we liked it very much.

Pros: Excellent location - just a few minutes walk from the Libia metro station. You can get to the center of Rome by metro in about 15 minutes. There are several grocery stores near the apartment. The terrace was wonderful

Bel appartement spacieux bien placé

Pros: Emplacement pratique, transports en commun à proximité immédiate. Appartement spacieux, joli et confortable. Hôte très réactif et accomodant

Cons: Propreté pas parfaite (quelques serviettes sentent le tabac, canapé avec taches et odeur suspecte, poils dans le bidet...)

Une bonne suprise pour le prix qu'on a payé

Pros: On était juste à côté d'un arrêt de bus et pas loin d'un arrêt de métro, ce qui rendait tout assez facile d'accès. Il y a une grande surface à une rue de l'appart qui est ouvert jusqu'à très tard.

Pros: Отличное расположение рядом с метро. Очень комфортная квартира. Я очень рада, что остановилась здесь

Cons: Сложности с замками возникли. Но хозяин помог их решить

Una piacevole scoperta

Pros: Appartamento di nuova ristrutturazione, comodo da condividere con amici o familiari. Arredamento molto curato e rifinito bene, coerente con le foto, stanze spaziose, bagni bellissimi. È servito di tutto, per brevi e lunghi soggiorni. Sotto l’appartamento ci sono un sacco di negozietti. Non abbiamo conosciuto personalmente l’host, ma tramite messaggi è stato presente e gentile.

Cons: Nulla in particolare, unica cosa spiacevole è che l’avvolgibile in sala era rotto e completamente abbassato, quindi inutilizzabile, ma è stato irrilevante nel complesso.

Tornerò

Pros: Ambiente nuovissimo e pulito, facilmente accessibile anche con gli amici a quattro zampe. Il proprietario veramente gentile e disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Encantador

Pros: Fue excelente, el lugar hermoso, super cómodo, varias líneas de transporte, cerca un super, varias cafeterías y restos. Volveremos nuevamente, el próximo viaje.
