Pros: Great location , near the metro, great local cafes and restaurants. Very clean apartment and comfy bed, lots of supplies like coffee, soap etc, Roberto the host was very friendly and there if we needed him.

Cons: It was a great apartment so no negatives.

If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay , this is it, we will definitely be back

Pros: As soon as we arrived at the Property we were welcomed by Roberto the host, the apartment felt like home from home, clean, modern and airy. Location close to shops and the metro, 15 mins to get to the Colosseum .

Cons: Nothing we didnt like all was perfect

Cons: There was not enough warm water in the boiler for 2 warm showers in a row.

Pros: My family and I had a great experience at THE FIFTH Properties. The apartment is clean, fully equipped and very modern, in a very lively area of the city, easily reachable from the centre. The host is very responsive and at disposal for any need or question. We’ll surely be back very soon!

Wonderful accomodation, perfectly accesible from the city centre, with a perfect italian spark

Pros: Very hospitable owner, he met all our expectations & was extremely nice. The appartment is located very close to metro station, it takes 5 stops to get straight to the centre. Appartment is brand new, very clean, newly furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances, fridge with little freezer, dishwasher, microwave & Nespresso machine. Bed is also new & comfy. This is a best value for the price you can get.

Cons: The street and walls are a little noisy, especially in the morning. But surely one can count on that, when travelling to a Rome metropola.

Pros: Renovated, nice design (100% math with the photos), clean, easy check-in, comfortable beds, 3 towels per person, powerful hairdryer, bath facilities as in the hotel. A bit far from the center, but easy to reach out by metro or bus and overall the area is nice with a lot of shops and small cafes around.

Host was amazing. apartment was very comfortable, spacious and clean.

Pros: The area of Rome it is located in. Very quiet and not touristy. We were able to calm down and relax during our 3 week holiday in Italy

Cons: There was nothing to dislike. Everything was superb.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso e silenzioso in un quartiere dove si può trovare tutto, da negozi, bar e ristoranti. Roberto è un host molto gentile e disponibile, sempre presente per qualsiasi bisogno. Spero di ritornare molto presto.
