I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were kind, understanding, and always helpful. Everything was clean and well organized, and every request was fulfilled quickly. The location is very convenient and the area is great. Special thanks to the reception team, especially Simone, for making my stay so pleasant!

Good accomodation in a great location

Pros: This was our 4th stay here - the location is great, 10 minutes walk to the vatican, metro stop 5 minutes walk away and lots of shops and bars in the area. Rooms are clean and comfortable and perfect for a short break. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Cons: construction noise in another part of the building started at 8am every morning - obviously wont happen all the time but just when you wanted a lie in ........

Pros: The location was great - just a 6 minute walk to Lepanto metro station. And once you're on the metro you can just about get anywhere quickly. We also did alot of walking and really enjoyed the local restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The staff were great. A special shout out to Simone on the front desk - a wonderful young man who seemed keen to make sure we made the best of our stay.

Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: Person on the desk when we arrived was very helpful. They had restaurant recommendations available. He used a city map to show us places to visit. Bed was comfortable. Nice updated shower.

Cons: It met our needs perfectly, so nothing to say.

Pros: Very centrally located, close to Metro station, Vatican and public amenities. Room was clean and practical. You can enter anytime , even when reception is closed.

Cons: Room was a bit tight when 2 people are getting ready. The window opens inside the building with dozens of other windows. Not a pleasant view, so we kept the curtains close the entire time.
