Pros: Spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. All necessary amenities. Bottle of water and coffee tabs as compliment. Perfect.

Cons: Soundproofing is not perfect. Earplugs could be of use if one has a street-view room.

Pros: Rather than giving a general overview, I would like to highlight the aspects of this hotel that impressed me the most. The service and staff truly meet the standards of a five-star hotel. Upon arrival, we were personally shown to our junior suite, and our luggage was promptly delivered. In the evening, the staff thoughtfully prepared the room for the night and even left us chocolates — a small gesture that made a big difference. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. I was also particularly impressed by the care and attention given to elderly and disabled guests. Additionally, the complimentary lemonade and candy available in the lobby were a lovely touch. I am sure other guests have already mentioned the hotel’s many other strengths, but these were the highlights of our stay.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, Michelle from Front Office was very helpful.

Pros: Location, very quiet area but accessible to most of the places we wanted to see / to be at. Good proximity to the Vatican City.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms are big. They gave us a free upgrade. The hotel is walking distance from Vatican.

Really good option if visiting Rome with family

Pros: Hotel is at a great location just outside the ZTL but close enough to walk to major Rome attractions and the Vatican. The walk to the Coleseum is about 40 minutes but there are many points of interest on the way so you can do 10 minutes at a time between attractions. There is parking at the hotel and on the street. Good breakfast with some cook to order options for eggs.

Cons: There is a very strong parfume in the lobby. The hotel parking exit is a bit tricky if you come in a larger car like a SUV (which was our case) but it is still manageable to get out without scratches.

Pros: Comfortable and spacious rooms, close to the Vatican, very friendly staff, effective air conditioning, everyone was very helpful - easy to call a taxi to get around. Grocery store next door and lots of places in and around the area for various things. 15-20 min walk from Vatican, 15-20 min walk to Piazza Navona. We were very comfortable in the suites and received rooms together with our family.

Cons: For someone looking to be in the center of the action, stay on the other side of the river if you want everything more in walking distance. But Rome is huge so unlike other cities I didn’t find everything walkable so this location was great for us!
