Beautiful, friendly place to stay!

Pros: Lovely friendly guest house. Great location to all the main sites! Very helpfull staff. Very nice breakfast, I was surprised with a bottle of prosecco and cake for my birthday! Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again.

Pros: Amazing location, cleaned every day, staff is very helpful and just amazing!

Cons: The noise from the street and other rooms is quite loud. Take air plugs if you are more sensitive to noise

Pros: Great location! Fairly easy to get around and close to Vatican. Big thank you to the kitchen and cleaning staff! Lovely and very careful.

Cons: Our room was right at the reception and was pretty hard to rest.

A gem of a place to stay in Rome. Ticks all the boxes.

Pros: Excellent location, both for walking to main sites, especially St Peter’s/ Vatican (less than 15 mins) and for bus routes/bus stops, including the Terravision bus to/from the airport - stops were 5 mins walk. Fridge in room with complimentary water and soft drinks. Very reasonable cost on the wines and beers. Excellent breakfast. Expected just continental but also had eggs/bacon/sausage and lovely pastries/cakes. Catered for everyone. Lucia, in reception and the cook was an absolute delight and we felt very well looked after. Would definitely choose to stay here again an will recommend it to family and friends.

Cons: Bed was lovely and big but personal taste would have preferred it slightly Softer. As it’s an hotel within a large block of what looks like apartments from the outside, the entrance isn’t obvious. No big Domus Terenzio sign. Just look for the number and then the names against the buzzers.

Excellent - we would come here again!

Pros: Very central for St Peter‘s and Vatican museums, plenty of public transport nearby, very clean and well-equipped. Nice breakfast. Really friendly and helpful staff, little terrace to sit outside in the evenings

Pros: The stay was nice & quiet...!! The staff, most especially Luccia, was extremely helpful. She made us feel so at home. Francesca helped me get my husband's jacket ironed as we were rushing to an event the day we arrived. I would gladly go back!!!

Cons: Can't think of anything bad... it was all good!
